🕒 7-Month Project-Based Contract (with possibility of extension)
Erbil Makers Hub (EMH) is a non-profit organization established in 2023 and dedicated to empowering makers, engineers, entrepreneurs, and creatives. EMH provides access to tools, training, and collaborative opportunities across areas such as technology, electronics, digital skills, and innovation, fostering hands-on learning and community-driven development.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project & Communications Officer to support the implementation of a small-scale project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of project activities, workshops, and events
* Manage participant communication and application follow-up
* Oversee EMH’s social media platforms and create engaging content
* Contribute to marketing materials and presentation templates
* Design and apply monitoring & evaluation tools
* Conduct post-activity evaluations and analyze project data
* Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports, including donor reports in line with donor requirements
👤 Profile:
We are looking for an organized and proactive candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to manage both content creation and structured reporting tasks.
📌 Contract duration: 7 months (with possibility of extension based on performance and project needs).
