What’s the modus operation of the (DMO) organization,? Hello ,, God’s peace be upon you
DMO is an independent and voluntary health awareness Organization , working to promote health awareness in all its forms in the community, as well as working on any other beneficial activities that gather within the health sector. The organization is made up of health awareness activists from medical universit
ies in Iraq and the surrounding countries. DMO is done on two levels of work and some different areas
Level 1: the zones
The organization's zones include university areas such as the Erbil, Baghdad and Sulaymaniyah zones ... etc. Which includes field activities within universities and cities
(In terms of public health awareness, medical education, human development and charitable activities for people with disabilities)
all of these activities are carried out by the district presidents and his local staff both inside and outside the university. (In any province where there are medical colleges, the area of the organization exists)
Second level: - Social media of the organization
1- The areas of the organization
Which will be divided over different areas
Such as (Medical area, Dental area, Pharmacy area and Nursing and Health Sciences)
Each area is made up of active students who are rising from the zones according to their scores and performing activities on the organization’s social media networks.
2- DMO Advisory council
Consists of specialist doctors in all different specialties
That every specialist doctor is the honorary president of his or her own expert board in the organization. And they review topics related to their expertise that are being prepared from the area for the organization’s social media and participating in the DMN's medical conferences.
3- Procedure for announcing DMO:-
we have a weekly health program and it is running by the organization’s media supervisor
In different areas there will be special presenters of the organization
They will be visiting specialist doctors weekly in the form of short interviews in the field of health awareness. To become a member of the organization you need to be a student or a graduate of one of the medical colleges, if you feel that you have the energy of activity and service, contact your zone leader, you can find it in the organization's brochure (manual)
