- تعزيز قدرات المنظمات المحلية في دهوك عبر دورة تدريبية متخصصة في إدارة الموارد البشرية!

في إطار جهوده الرامية إلى تطوير الأداء المؤسسي وتعزيز كفاءة العمل داخل المنظمات، نظّم مركز خدمات المجتمع المدني في أربيل دورة تدريبية متخصصة حول "إدارة الموارد البشرية" استهدفت مجموعة من المنظمات المحلية العاملة في محافظة دهوك.
حيث ركّزت الدورة على تزويد المشاركين بالمعارف والمهارات الأساسية في مجال تخطيط الموارد البشرية، وآليات التوظيف والاختيار، إضافة إلى أساليب التحفيز والتطوير الوظيفي، بما يسهم في بناء فرق عمل أكثر فاعلية واستدامة.

- Enhancing the Capacities of Local Organizations in Duhok through a Specialized Training on Human Resources Management!

As part of its efforts to improve institutional performance and strengthen organizational efficiency, the Civil Society Services Center in Erbil organized a specialized training course on “Human Resources Management”, targeting a group of local organizations operating in Duhok Governorate.
The training focused on equipping participants with essential knowledge and skills in human resources planning, recruitment and selection mechanisms, as well as methods of motivation and professional development, contributing to the creation of more effective and sustainable teams.

نظّم مركز خدمات المجتمع المدني في الأنبار الطاولة المستديرة الثامنة لمراجعة نتائج الجلسات السبع السابقة حول الحوكمة الرشيدة، وقضايا البيئة، وحقوق الإنسان، ولتحديد التحديات المشتركة، حيث خرج المشاركون بعدّة توصيات رئيسية منها :
- مواصلة التنسيق بين منظمات المجتمع المدني والجهات الحكومية.
- المتابعة مع مجلس المحافظة، الذي وافق شفهيًا على إشراك المنظمات ذات الخبرة ذات الصلة في جلساته.
- إشراك المنظمات البيئية في الجلسات المتعلقة بقضايا المياه والزراعة والبيئة، ومنظمات حقوق الإنسان في الجلسات المتعلقة بالتعليم ومجالات أخرى.
أعرب المشاركون من كلية الزراعة، ومكتب الاستشارات الزراعية، ودائرة البيئة عن استعدادهم لتعزيز التعاون مع منظمات المجتمع المدني من خلال إطار عمل دائم يضمن تواصلًا مستدامًا وفعالًا.

The Civil Society Services Center in Anbar organized the eighth roundtable to review the outcomes of the seven previous sessions on good governance, environmental issues, and human rights, and to identify common challenges. The participants produced several key recommendations, including:
- Continuing coordination between civil society organizations and government entities.
- Following up with the Provincial Council, which verbally agreed to involve relevant experienced organizations in its sessions.
- Engaging environmental organizations in sessions related to water, agriculture, and environmental issues, and human rights organizations in sessions related to education and other fields.
Participants from the College of Agriculture, the Agricultural Consultancy Office, and the Department of Environment expressed their readiness to strengthen cooperation with civil society organizations through a permanent framework that ensures sustainable and effective communication.

- دورات تدريبية في شقلاوة لتعزيز قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني!
في إطار جهوده لبناء قدرات منظمات المجتمع المدني، نظّم مركز دعم المجتمع المدني في أربيل دورتين تدريبيتين في قضاء شقلاوة.
ركزت الدورة الأولى على آليات جمع التبرعات بوصفها أداة حيوية لاستدامة عمل المنظمات وتوسيع نطاق أنشطتها، فيما تناولت الدورة الثانية إجراءات تسجيل المنظمات غير الحكومية لدى مديرية الضمان الاجتماعي، بهدف تزويد المشاركين بالمعرفة القانونية والإدارية التي تضمن شفافية عملهم وتوافقه مع الأطر الرسمية.
وتأتي هذه الأنشطة لتعزيز كفاءة منظمات المجتمع المدني وتمكينها من أداء دورها التنموي بفاعلية أكبر، بما يسهم في دعم المجتمعات المحلية وتلبية احتياجاتها.

- Training Courses in Shaqlawa to Strengthen the Capacities of Civil Society Organizations!

As part of its efforts to build the capacities of civil society organizations, the Civil Society Support Center in Erbil organized two training courses in the Shaqlawa district.
The first course focused on fundraising mechanisms as a vital tool for sustaining the work of organizations and expanding the scope of their activities, while the second addressed the procedures for registering non-governmental organizations with the Directorate of Social Security, aiming to equip participants with the legal and administrative knowledge necessary to ensure transparency in their work and compliance with official frameworks.
These activities aim to enhance the efficiency of civil society organizations and enable them to play their developmental role more effectively, thereby contributing to supporting local communities and meeting their needs.

- النزوح المناخي، أزمة تتطلب استجابة وطنية مشتركة!
بدعم من مركز خدمات المجتمع المدني في بغداد، عقدت مجموعة التغيرات المناخية المنسَّقة من قبل مؤسسة الأغصان للتنمية الزراعية والبيئية اجتماعًا تشاوريًا على شكل طاولة مستديرة في مقر وزارة الهجرة والمهجّرين.
جمع اللقاء ممثلين عن وزارات التخطيط والموارد المائية والزراعة، إلى جانب عدد من المنظمات الفاعلة، حيث شكّل مساحة حوارية مهمة لمناقشة التحديات المتنامية التي تفرضها التغيرات المناخية على المجتمعات المحلية، وما يرافقها من تزايد مستمر في أعداد النازحين.
وأبرز المشاركون أن غياب قاعدة بيانات موحّدة وموثوقة يشكّل أحد أكبر العوائق أمام التخطيط السليم والاستجابة الفعّالة للأزمة. ومن هنا، جاءت التوصية بضرورة إنشاء منصة وطنية متخصصة بالبيانات المناخية والنزوح، تكون متاحة أمام جميع الجهات ذات الصلة لتعزيز التنسيق ورفع كفاءة التدخلات الحكومية والمجتمعية والدولية.
حيث يمثل هذا الاجتماع خطوة نحو بناء إطار تعاون وطني جامع لمواجهة التحديات البيئية والإنسانية الناجمة عن التغير المناخي، وتوحيد الجهود لتقليل آثارها على المجتمعات العراقية الأكثر هشاشة.

- Climate Displacement: A Crisis Requiring a Joint National Response!
With the support of the Civil Society Service Center in Baghdad, the Climate Change Working Group, coordinated by the Aghsan Foundation for Agricultural and Environmental Development, held a consultative roundtable meeting at the Ministry of Migration and Displacement.
The meeting brought together representatives from the Ministries of Planning, Water Resources, and Agriculture, along with several active organizations. It served as an important platform to discuss the growing challenges imposed by climate change on local communities, along with the continuous rise in the number of displaced people.
Participants highlighted that the absence of a unified and reliable database is one of the greatest obstacles to effective planning and crisis response. Consequently, they recommended establishing a national platform dedicated to climate and displacement data, accessible to all relevant stakeholders, in order to strengthen coordination and enhance the efficiency of governmental, community, and international interventions.
This meeting represents a step toward building a comprehensive national framework of cooperation to confront the environmental and humanitarian challenges resulting from climate change and to unify efforts aimed at reducing its impacts on Iraq’s most vulnerable communities.

في إطار تعزيز قيم النزاهة وبناء مؤسسات أكثر قربًا من المواطنين، نظّم مركز خدمات المجتمع المدني في البصرة ورشة تدريبية متخصصة حول "الحوكمة الرشيدة"، استضافت نخبة من المنظمات المحلية الفاعلة في المحافظة.
ناقش المشاركون خلال الورشة جملة من المحاور الحيوية، أبرزها: مفهوم الحوكمة الرشيدة ودورها في ترسيخ الثقة بين المؤسسات والمجتمع، الشفافية والمساءلة كأدوات لضمان النزاهة والحد من الفساد، المشاركة المجتمعية باعتبارها ركيزة أساسية في صنع القرار المحلي، استدامة العمل المؤسسي وكيفية تحويل المبادئ النظرية إلى ممارسات عملية قابلة للتنفيذ وبناء شراكات استراتيجية بين المنظمات المحلية لتعزيز العمل الجماعي وتحقيق أثر أوسع.

- Basra Pulses with Good Governance: A Workshop Inspiring Organizations Toward a More Transparent Future!
As part of efforts to strengthen the values of integrity and build institutions closer to citizens, the Civil Society Service Center in Basra organized a specialized training workshop on "Good Governance," hosting a distinguished group of active local organizations in the governorate.
The participants discussed a set of vital themes, most notably: the concept of good governance and its role in strengthening trust between institutions and society, transparency and accountability as tools to ensure integrity and curb corruption, community participation as a cornerstone in local decision-making, institutional sustainability and how to translate theoretical principles into practical and applicable measures, and building strategic partnerships among local organizations to strengthen collective action and achieve greater impact.
The workshop turned into an open dialogue space where participants exchanged their experiences and aspirations, affirming that good governance is not just a slogan, but a path toward a fairer and more transparent future in Basra, where citizens are the core and ultimate goal of development.

Over the course of two days of interactive work, participants learned about the latest tools and methods in planning, exchanged experiences, and designed practical models that can be applied within their organizations, positively impacting the communities they serve. Through this activity, the Civil Society Services Center continues its pioneering role in building the capacities of local actors and providing them with the compass that guides them toward a more organized and effective future.
The works with Al Mesalla to empower local CSOs in Iraq through TATWEER project funded by the European Union and in partnership with local NGOs (Alnajah Center for Training&Development in Basra and Shakoufyan Organization in Anbar).

- الحوكمة تبدأ من هنا: تدريب نوعي لتعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة في الأنبار!
في إطار سعيه لبناء مؤسسات مجتمع مدني أكثر كفاءة وشفافية، نظّم مركز خدمات المجتمع المدني في الأنبار تدريبًا حول "مبادئ الحوكمة الرشيدة"، استهدف مجموعة من المنظمات المحلية العاملة في المحافظة، إلى جانب منظمات تسعى لتطوير قدراتها المؤسسية.
تضمّن التدريب تعزيز مفاهيم الشفافية والمساءلة والمشاركة المجتمعية، باعتبارها ركائز أساسية لبناء منظومة إدارية فعّالة، قادرة على الاستجابة لاحتياجات المجتمع المحلي بفعالية وفاعلية، حيث يأتي هذا التدريب ضمن جهود المركز المستمرة في دعم وتحفيز الفاعلين المحليين على تبنّي ممارسات إدارية رشيدة، والمساهمة في بناء بيئة مؤسساتية تتسم بالنزاهة والتكامل.
تعمل منظمة ( UPP الإيطالية) مع المسلة لتمكين منظمات المجتمع المدني المحلية في العراق من خلال مشروع تطوير الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي وبالشراكة مع المنظمات غير الحكومية المحلية (مركز النجاح للتدريب والتطوير في البصرة ومنظمة شاقوفيان في الأنبار).
- Governance Starts Here: A Specialized Training to Promote Transparency and Accountability in Anbar!
As part of its ongoing efforts to build more efficient and transparent civil society institutions, the Civil Society Service Center in Anbar organized a specialized training on "Principles of Good Governance."
The training targeted a group of local organizations operating in the governorate, along with organizations seeking to strengthen their institutional capacities.
The sessions focused on promoting key concepts such as transparency, accountability, and community participation, essential pillars for establishing an effective administrative system that can respond to the needs of the local community with both efficiency and impact.
This training comes within the Center’s broader commitment to support and empower local actors to adopt sound administrative practices and contribute to building an institutional environment characterized by integrity, inclusiveness, and good governance.
