On May 7th, Sylvan Poland proudly hosted a dedicated Pleurotus Workshop, bringing together 41 growers and substrate partners from across the region.

The day offered a deep dive into Pleurotus incubation practices, cultivation techniques, and effective evaporation methods — with valuable insights shared by guest speakers Jorge Calvo and our local dedicated consultant Maciej Grzeszek.

We also took the opportunity to introduce our latest innovation: SPX281, Sylvan’s own sporeless Oyster mushroom. It was a productive day of exchange, collaboration, and connection — all rooted in our shared passion for mycology.
