مُؤسسة يد الغيث للتنمية المستدامة احد منظمات المجتمع المدني (قيد التأسيس) ومقرها العام العراق - محافظة الانبار- قضاء الفلوجة- ذات هيكل تنظيمي يعمل أعضاؤها بديمقراطيّة لتحقيق المصلحة بين السُلطات العامّة والمُواطنين. إذ ستكون جميع أنشطتها أنشطة تطوعيّة جماعية يمارسها الأعضاء؛ بهدف تحقيق المصالح والقيم المشتركة بين الدولة ومواطنيها،وبما أنّ جميع أنشطتها تطوعيّة؛ فهي تُعدُّ منظمة غير حكوميّة وغير ربحيّة؛ أعضاؤها مكونين من مجموعة من الأفراد المُنفصلين عن الدولة وسوق العمل، ومُهتمين بالمجال الاجتماعي، ومن الجدير بالذكر أنّ المبادئ التوجيهيّة وفق قانون وتعليمات دائرة المنظمات الغير الحكومية في العراق تُقِر أنّ منظمات المجتمع المدني لا تشمل الجمعيات الربحيّة أو مؤسسات الأعمال. وايضآ منفتحة على المنظمات الدولية لتحقيق الاهداف التي شكلت من اجلها لخدمة المجتمع..
Yad Al Ghaith Foundation for Sustainable Development is one of the civil society organizations (under establishment), headquartered in Iraq - Anbar Governorate - Fallujah District - with an organizational structure whose members work democratically to achieve the interest between public authorities and citizens. As all of its activities will be collective voluntary activities practiced by members; With the aim of achieving common interests and values between the state and its citizens,Since all of its activities are voluntary; It is a non-governmental and non-profit organization; Its members are made up of a group of individuals separated from the state and the labor market, and interested in the social field. It is worth noting that the guidelines according to the law and instructions of the NGO Department in Iraq state that civil society organizations do not include profit associations or business institutions. It is also open to international organizations to achieve the goals for which it was formed to serve the community.
