تقدم مؤسسة سقية المساعدة الإنسانية والتنموية لدعم النازحين ليصبحوا معتمدين على أنفسهم ودمجهم في المجتمعات المضيفة. تهدف مؤسسة سقية إلى التعاون وتقديم المساعدة في بعض القطاعات الرئيسية التي تر

الإغاثة في حالات الطوارئ والاستجابة لها.

تعمل مؤسسة سقيا مع المجتمع المدني والسلطات المسؤولة لتعزيز حماية الحقوق والتعايش السلمي ، وتعمل في جميع المراحل: في الأزمة الحادة ، في النزوح ، عند الاستقرار والاندماج في مكان جديد ، أو عند العودة ، تغطي المناطق:
• بغداد.
• الانبار.
• صلاح الدين.
• نينوى.
• النجف.
• البصرة
• مناطق يصعب الوصول إليها.

سبل العيش والأمن الغذائي
لكل شخص الحق في مستوى معيشي ملائم لصحته ورفاهيته. وهذا يشمل الحق في الغذاء وحماية سبل العيش. يرتكز الأمن الغذائي على أربع ركائز أساسية:
• توافر أغذية متنوعة ومغذية.
• الوصول المادي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي إلى الأطعمة المغذية.
• الاستخدام المناسب للمواد الغذائية المستهلكة للحفاظ على تغذية صحية. • تعزيز استقرار الركائز والأنظمة التي يعتمد عليها الناس في العمل الإضافي.
أثناء النزاعات والكوارث والنزوح ، تواجه أنظمة إنتاج الأغذية والأسواق انهيارًا محتملاً. يفقد الناس أصولهم وتعطل قدرتهم على كسب لقمة العيش.
الحماية
تعمل مؤسسة سقية على حماية حقوق النازحين والمستضعفين خلال الأزمات.
الحماية تتعلق بالسلامة والكرامة والحقوق. يتعلق الأمر بكون الناس في مأمن من الأذى أو الإساءة التي قد يتسبب بها الآخرون عندما يتركهم النزاع المسلح أو الكوارث عرضة للخطر.

تعليم
التعليم حق أساسي من حقوق الإنسان لجميع الأطفال والشباب. يوفر التعليم الجيد للأطفال والشباب المهارات والقدرات والثقة التي يحتاجون إليها للسماح لهم بأن يعيشوا حياة لديهم سبب لتقديرها. يخلق التعليم الصوت الذي يمكن من خلاله المطالبة بالحقوق الأخرى وحمايتها.

المعلومات والاستشارات والمساعدة القانونية (ICLA)
قد يضطر الأشخاص المتضررون من النزوح إلى ترك منازلهم وسبل عيشهم ، وغالبًا ما يفقدون التمتع بمجموعة من الحقوق. غالبًا ما يتعرضون لخطر النزوح المتعدد وقد يواجهون عقبات في إيجاد حلول دائمة.
يمكن للأطر القانونية والمؤسسية ، سواء كانت تشريعية أو عرفية أو دينية ، إما أن تحرض على النزوح والتمييز أو تديمهما أو تعمل كأدوات للحماية والتمكين. يحتاج الأشخاص المتضررون من النزوح إلى المساعدة لفهم هذه الأطر وتفسيرها والتنقل فيها.
تهدف برامج ICLA التابعة لمؤسسة SOQYA إلى تمكين الأشخاص المتضررين من النزوح من المطالبة بحقوقهم وممارستها وإيجاد حلول دائمة. تهدف ICLA أيضًا إلى منع نزوح الأشخاص المعرضين للخطر. يتم تنفيذ أنشطة ICLA وفقًا لمعايير ومبادئ الحماية الإنسانية الدولية. إنها تعزز التفاهم واحترام حقوق الأشخاص المتضررين والتزامات أصحاب الواجبات بموجب القانون الدولي.

Soqya foundation Organization for Relief and Development is an independent humanitarian nongovernmental organization. Soqya foundation provides humanitarian and developmental assistance to support displaced persons in becoming self-reliant and included into hosting societies. Soqya foundation aims to collaborate and provide assistance in some of the key sectors focused by Soqya foundation include:

Livelihoods and food security
Every person has the right to a standard of living adequate for his or her health and wellbeing. This includes the right to food and livelihood protection. Food security rests on four key pillars:
• Availability of diverse and nutritious foods.
• Physical, economic, and social access to nutritious foods.
• Adequate utilization of food items consumed to maintain a healthy nutritional wellbeing. • Strengthening stability of the pillars and systems people rely on overtime. During conflicts, disasters, and displacement, food production and market systems face potential collapse. People lose their assets and their ability to earn a living is disrupted. protection
SOQYA FOUNDATION works to protect the rights of displaced and vulnerable people during crises. Protection is about safety, dignity, and rights. It is about people being safe from the harm or abuse others might cause them when armed conflict or disaster leaves them vulnerable. A commitment to protection underlies all humanitarian action. Grounded in human rights law, international humanitarian law, and refugee law, it is central to our mission to assist displaced and vulnerable people
Education
Education is a fundamental human right for all children and youth. A quality education provides children and young people with the skills, capacities, and confidence they need to allow them to live lives that they have reason to value. Education creates the voice through which other rights can be claimed and protected. Displacement has a devastating impact on learning and often leads to an education being denied or interrupted. Children and youth may suffer from traumatic experiences and a loss of social networks that provide protection and support. The capacity of education systems to deliver quality education is often significantly reduced during and after conflict. These factors weaken a young person’s ability to learn, develop and access opportunities. Information, counselling, and legal assistance (ICLA)
People affected by displacement may be forced to abandon their homes and livelihoods, and often lose the enjoyment of a range of rights. They are frequently at risk of multiple displacements and may face obstacles to finding durable solutions. Legal and institutional frameworks, whether statutory, customary, or religious, can either provoke or perpetuate displacement and discrimination or serve as instruments of protection and empowerment. People affected by displacement require assistance to understand, interpret and navigate these frameworks. SOQYA FOUNDATION’s ICLA programs aim to enable people affected by displacement to claim and exercise their rights and to find lasting solutions. ICLA also aims to prevent displacement for those at risk. ICLA activities are implemented in accordance with international humanitarian protection standards and principles. Losing one’s home and community is devastating. Shelter and settlements support is the foundation of humanitarian assistance for people who have been displaced. Providing a safe place for families and
communities to call "home" can be lifesaving.
