ضمن أنشطة موسم STARTUP POSTGRADUATE، نظّمت مؤسسة مشوار للتدريب والتطوير زيارة ميدانية إلى شركة Oiltech، في خطوة تهدف إلى تعزيز الجانب العملي وربط ما يتلقّاه المتدربون من معارف نظرية بواقع العمل الميداني في القطاع النفطي.
أتاحت الزيارة للمشاركين فرصة الاطلاع على بيئة العمل داخل إحدى الشركات المتخصصة، والتعرّف على طبيعة المهام والتقنيات المستخدمة، مما أسهم في توسيع مداركهم المهنية ورفع جاهزيتهم لدخول سوق العمل بثقة.
نتقدم بجزيل الشكر والتقدير إلى الأستاذ محيي الدين وفريق الشركة على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الترحيب، وعلى تعاونهم ودعمهم القيّم الذي كان له الأثر الكبير في إنجاح هذه الزيارة وتحقيق أهدافها التدريبية.

As part of the STARTUP POSTGRADUATE season activities, Meshwar Training and Development Foundation organized a field visit to Oiltech, aiming to strengthen the practical aspect of training and bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world field practices in the oil sector.
The visit provided participants with the opportunity to explore the work environment and gain insights into the nature of tasks and technologies used, contributing to expanding their professional awareness and enhancing their readiness for the labor market.
