🌱 من التدريب إلى الأثر… الشباب يصنعون المستقبل
نحن لا ننفذ أنشطة فحسب، بل نصنع أثرًا مستدامًا خطوةً بخطوة.
نؤمن أن التغيير الحقيقي يبدأ بمبادرات مدروسة، تمنح الشباب والشابات المعرفة والمهارات والثقة التي يحتاجونها لصناعة مستقبلهم، وتحويل الفرص إلى نتائج ملموسة.
وضمن مشروع «الشباب يصنعون المستقبل»، تواصل منظمة بذور الخير للإغاثة والتنمية في محافظة ديالى، وبالشراكة مع المنظمة الألمانية HAUKARI e.V. وبدعم وتمويل من BMZ، الاستثمار في طاقات الشباب وبناء قدراتهم بما يتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل الحديث.
وخلال خمسة أيام من التدريب المكثف، شارك 65 شابًا وشابة في برامج متخصصة شملت:
🔹 التسويق الإلكتروني والمهارات الرقمية
🔹 تطبيقات وأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في سوق العمل
🔹 تطوير المهارات التي تساعد الشباب على الوصول إلى فرص اقتصادية ومهنية جديدة
هذه التدريبات ليست مجرد خمسة أيام…
إنها خطوة نحو فرصة، وبداية نحو استقلال اقتصادي، واستثمار في مستقبل أكثر استقرارًا للشباب والشابات.
ومع كل مشروع ننفذه، نؤمن أن الأثر الحقيقي لا ينتهي بانتهاء النشاط، بل يستمر من خلال المهارات والمعرفة والفرص التي يحملها المستفيدون معهم إلى مجتمعاتهم.
شراكتكم معنا ليست دعمًا لنشاط مؤقت، بل استثمارٌ في الإنسان، وفي قدرته على صناعة التغيير، وفي أثرٍ يمتد إلى المستقبل وأجيال قادمة.

🌱 From Training to Impact — Youth Are Shaping the Future
We do not simply implement activities — we create sustainable impact, step by step.
We believe that real change begins with well-designed initiatives that equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to build their own future and turn opportunities into meaningful results.
As part of the “Youth Makes the Future” project, Bothoor Alkhaer Organization for Relief and Development (BAORD) is investing in the potential of young people in Diyala Governorate, in partnership with HAUKARI e.V. and with the support and funding of BMZ.
Over five intensive days of training, 65 young women and men are developing practical skills in:
🔹 Digital Marketing and online promotion
🔹 Artificial Intelligence tools and their applications in the labor market
🔹 Digital and professional skills for emerging employment and economic opportunities
These are not simply five days of training.
They are five days of learning, five days of building confidence, and a step toward greater opportunities and economic independence.
With every project we implement, we believe that true impact does not end when an activity ends. It continues through the knowledge, skills, and opportunities that young people carry forward into their communities.
