استكمالاً لمسار مشروع: الشباب يصنعون المستقبل في ديالى
في إطار الجهود المشتركة لتعزيز حماية الشباب وبناء قدرات الكوادر التربوية، نفّذت منظمة بذور الخير للإغاثة والتنمية، بدعم من الوزارة الاتحادية الألمانية للتعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية (BMZ) وبالشراكة مع منظمة هاوكاري الألمانية، ورشة تدريبية متخصصة استهدفت المعلمين والأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المدارس الثانوية، بمشاركة (20) مشاركًا، بينهم (14) معلمة و(6) معلمين، بما يعكس حضورًا نسويًا فاعلًا في جهود التوعية المجتمعية.
قدّم الورشة المدرب السيد حيدر عبود من دائرة مخدرات ديالى، حيث أشرف على تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي المكثف على مدار يومين، ناقلًا خبراته العملية في مجال الوقاية من المخدرات والتعامل مع التحديات المرتبطة بها.
ركّزت الورشة على تعزيز وعي المشاركين بمخاطر المخدرات وتأثيراتها متعددة الأبعاد على الفرد والمجتمع، إلى جانب تطوير مهاراتهم في الكشف المبكر، وأساليب الوقاية، وآليات الاستجابة الفعّالة داخل البيئة المدرسية.
كما تميّزت الورشة باعتمادها على أساليب تدريب تفاعلية، شملت نقاشات جماعية وتمارين تطبيقية، ساهمت في تعزيز جاهزية المشاركين لتطبيق ما اكتسبوه من معارف ومهارات بشكل عملي. ومن المتوقع أن ينعكس هذا التدريب بشكل مباشر على رفع مستوى الوعي لدى الطلبة، والحد من السلوكيات الخطرة، والمساهمة في خلق بيئة تعليمية أكثر أمانًا واستقرارًا.
Project: Youth Shape the Future in Diyala
As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen youth protection and build the capacity of educational stakeholders, Bothoor Alkhaer Organization for Relief and Development implemented a specialized training workshop under the Youth Shape the Future project. The activity was supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented in partnership with Haukari e.V
The workshop targeted secondary school teachers and social workers, bringing together 20 participants (14 female and 6 male), reflecting strong female engagement in community awareness and prevention efforts
The training was delivered by Mr. Haider Aboud from the Diyala Narcotics Directorate, who facilitated two intensive sessions over the course of two days, sharing practical expertise on drug prevention and response mechanisms
The workshop focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of the risks and harmful impacts of drug use on individuals and communities. It also aimed to equip them with practical knowledge and skills in early detection, prevention strategies, and effective response approaches within the school environment
Through interactive methodologies—including group discussions and practical exercises—the training strengthened participants’ readiness to apply their learning in real-world settings. This is expected to contribute to increased student awareness, reduced risk behaviors, and the promotion of safer and more supportive school environments
