عقدت الشرطة المجتمعيّة في الدورة منتدى الدورة المناطقيّ الدوري لهذا الشهر وعلى أرض قاعة منتدى شباب و رياضة الدورة بعنوان ( دعم رجال الشرطة بمناسبة عيد الشرطة ) وبرئاسة الدكتور حبيب العبيدي رئيس المنتدى و الشيخ حسين البصل نائب رئيس المنتدى رئيس مجلس عشائر الدورة ، والاستاذ مؤيد مدير البيت الثقافي في الدورة، والاستاذ طه الجنابي مدير منتدى شباب ورياضة الدورة والست رحمه الحيالي رئيس منظمة نور الرحمه لحقوق الإنسان وباقي أعضاء المنتدى وبعض وجهاء منطقة الدورة وممثلين عن دائرة بلدية الدورة و ممثل عن قطاع الدورة الصحيّ، وبعض الناشطين من منظمات المجتمع المدني والفرق التطوعيَّة.
إذ افتتح السيّدُ رئيس المنتدى جلسة هذا اليوم بكلمة ترحيبية و كلمة تهنئة لرجال القوات الامنية بمناسبة عيد الشرطة العراقية مبينا ً فيها الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه القوات الامنية البطلة في حفظ الامن و الاستقرار ومن اجل خدمة بلدنا الحبيب وشعبه الابي .
كما تم مناقشة بعض المعوقات في المنطقة اهمها الزخم المروري و انتشار النفايات وتراكمها بسبب عدم تعاون الاهالي مع موظفوا الدوائر البلدية و الخدمية
كما تم تحديد جملة من المخرجات في منتدى الدورة المناطقي اهمها :
١. اشراك بعض السادة ذوي التأثير في المنطقة في عضوية المنتدى
٢. رفد المنتدى بالعنصر النسوي بشكل اكثر
٣. مفاتحة شيوخ ووجها المنطقة بحث ابناء عشائرهم بمساعدة الدوائر ذات الاختصاص

Session Title: Supporting Police Officers on the Occasion of Iraqi Police Day

The Community Police in Al-Dura held the regular Al-Dura Regional Forum this month on the grounds of the Al-Dura Youth and Sports Forum Hall entitled (Supporting Police Officers on the Occasion of Police Day) and chaired by Dr. Habib Al-Obaidi, Chairman of the Forum, Sheikh Hussein Al-Basal, Vice Chairman of the Forum, Chairman of the Al-Dura Tribal Council, Mr. Mu'ayyad, Director of the Cultural House in Al-Dura, Mr. Taha Al-Janabi, Director of the Al-Dura Youth and Sports Forum, Mrs. Rahma Al-Hayali, Chairman of the Noor Al-Rahma Organization for Human Rights, and the rest of the forum members, some dignitaries of the Al-Dura region, representatives of the Al-Dura Municipality Department, a representative of the Al-Dura Health Sector, and some activists from civil society organizations and volunteer teams.
The Chairman of the Forum opened today's session with a welcoming speech and a congratulatory speech to the security forces on the occasion of Iraqi Police Day, indicating the great role played by the heroic security forces in maintaining security and stability and in order to serve our beloved country and its noble people.
Some obstacles in the region were also discussed, the most important of which are traffic congestion and the spread and accumulation of waste due to the lack of cooperation of residents with employees of municipal and service departments.

A number of outputs were also identified in the regional session forum, the most important of which are:

1. Involving some influential gentlemen in the region in the membership of the forum

2. Providing the forum with more female elements

3. Approaching the sheikhs and dignitaries of the region to discuss the sons of their tribes with the help of the relevant departments.

تثمينا ً لجهودهم المبذولة من
اجل العراق و شعبه ِ
وبمناسبة عيدهم الاغر ، احتفلت الشرطة المجتمعية في الدورة بالتعاون مع منظمة نور الرحمة لحقوق الانسان و منتدى الدورة المناطقي و بمشاركة البيت الثقافي في الدورة و مديرية شباب و رياضة الدورة و مديرية بلدية الدورة و قطاع الدورة الصحي ، بعيد الشرطة العراقية بمناسبة مرور ١٠٣ عام على تأسيسها
اذ تم الاحتفال وسط بهجة وفرحة بين عدد من شيوخ عشائر و وجهاء وشخصيات مهمة من ابناء منطقة الدورة داخل القاعة الرئيسية لمنتدى شباب و رياضة الدورة ، تخلل الحفل تقديم موجز عن الانشطة التي قدمها عناصر الشرطة المجتمعية والاجهزة الامنية الاخرى الهادفة الى خدمة المواطنين و السهر على راحتهم
كما تم تقديم الاوسمة و الهدايا لعدد من ممثلي ابناء الداخلية تسلمها نيابة عنهم السادة مدراء الدوائر بمختلف الصنوف لتكون حافزا ً لهم من اجل تقديم الغالي و النفيس من اجل العراق ورفعته ومن اجل خدمة ابنائه .

In appreciation of their efforts for Iraq and its people, and on the occasion of their great holiday, the community police in Dora celebrated, in cooperation with the Noor Al Rahma Human Rights Organization and the Dora Regional Forum, with the participation of the Cultural House in Dora, the Dora Youth and Sports Directorate, the Dora Municipality Directorate, and the Dora Health Sector, the Iraqi Police Day on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of its establishment. The celebration was held amid joy and happiness among a number of tribal sheikhs, dignitaries, and important figures from the people of Dora inside the main hall of the Dora Youth and Sports Forum. The ceremony included a brief presentation of the activities presented by the community police and other security agencies aimed at serving citizens and ensuring their comfort. Medals and gifts were also presented to a number of representatives of the sons of the Interior, received on their behalf by the directors of departments of various categories, to be an incentive for them to provide the most precious and valuable for the sake of Iraq and its elevation and for the sake of serving its people.

شاركت منظمة نور الرحمه لحقوق الإنسان بفعاليه حملة 16 يوم لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة وتحت شعار ( لا عذر ... ليس هناك عذر للعنف ضد النساء والفتيات ) الذي إقامتها منظمات الشبكه الفرعيه في بغداد وبالتعاون مع محافظة بغداد قسم شؤون المرأة وقائمقامية ابو غريب .

Noor Al Rahma Human Rights Organization participated in the 16-day campaign to combat violence against women, under the slogan (No Excuse... وحضر الاجتماع والندوة الاستاذ محمد جمال مدير تربية قسم الدورة وممثلي مكتبة الدوره العامه وممثلي البيت الثقافي ومنظمات المجتمع المدني ومجلس عشائر الدوره وبلدية الدوره وبرعاية الشرطة المجتمعية في قاطع الدوره.

Representatives of Noor Al Rahma Human Rights Organization attended the monthly meeting of the Al-Dura Regional Forum on Thursday, 12/19/2024. The meeting included a knowledge dialogue seminar entitled (Universality of the Arabic Language) by Dr. Talal Khalifa Al-Obaidi. The meeting and seminar were attended by Mr. Muhammad Jamal, Director of Education, Al-Dura Department, representatives of the Al-Dura Public Library, representatives of the Cultural House, civil society organizations, the Al-Dura Tribal Council, and the Al-Dura Municipality, under the auspices of the community police in the Al-Dura sector.

اليوم العالمي للغة العربية ...

هو يوم للاحتفال باللغة العربية ويصادف 18 كانون الأول (ديسمبر) من كل عام. تقرر الاحتفال باللغة العربية في هذا التاريخ لأنه اليوم الذي أصدرت فيه الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة قرارها رقم 3190 في كانون الأول/ ديسمبر عام 1973، والذي يقر بموجبه إدخال اللغة العربية ضمن اللغات الرسمية ولغات العمل في الأمم المتحدة. بعد اقتراح قدمته المملكة المغربية والمملكة العربية السعودية خلال انعقاد الدورة 190
للمجلس التنفيذي لمنظمة اليونسكو.

مشاركة منظمة نور الرحمه لحقوق الإنسان في الاجتماع الشهري لمنتدى الدورة المناطقي والذي عقد في منتدى شباب ورياضه الدوره وتم خلال الاجتماع مناقشة العشوائيات في الاسواق اسبابها وتاثيرها ووضع الحلول المناسبه لها .
وحضر الاجتماع ممثلوا القطاعات الحكومية والمدنية في المدنية في الدورة وكادر الشرطة المجتمعية في قاطع الدورة ومجلس شيوخ عشائر الدورة .

Participation of Noor Al Rahma Human Rights Organization in the monthly meeting of the Al-Dawra Regional Forum, which was held in the Al-Dawra Public Library Hall.
