I completed my Architecture Engineering degree at the University of Sulaimaniyah in 2019. After working as an architect and teaching at Tishk International University, I pursued an MSc in Sustainable Architecture and Healthy Buildings at the University of Derby, UK, through the Chevening Scholarship. I am now a lecturer at TIU-S and the founder of Khani Studio, my own architectural practice dedicated to innovative and culturally grounded design.
Advice to applicants: Be authentic and honest about who you are. Believe in yourself, your story, and your journey. Chevening is not about perfection—it’s about your purpose. Trust that your uniqueness is your strength.
