- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Office Manager to provide administrative, operational, and basic financial support to the organization while ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
- Position Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support, coordinating office operations, maintaining organizational records, performing routine office accounting duties, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. The successful candidate will serve as a central point of contact for administrative matters and support the organization's financial and operational processes.
- Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules, meetings, and appointments.
• Coordinate internal communications and distribute organizational information.
• Maintain accurate organizational records, files, and confidential documents.
• Prepare and maintain office financial records, petty cash, expense tracking, and supporting accounting documentation.
• Assist with preparing payment requests, invoices, receipts, and financial reports as required.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure accurate recordkeeping and timely submission of financial documents.
• Compile and update contact lists of relevant organizations, partners, and officials.
• Maintain records of organizational activities, projects, and publications.
• Assist in preparing annual organizational reports and documentation.
• Organize office workflows and ensure efficient administrative procedures.
• Conduct research and maintain databases when required.
• Support project coordination and basic project management activities.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational and financial information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, office management, or office accounting is preferred.
- Skills and Competencies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with outstanding follow-up abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Basic accounting and bookkeeping skills.
• Experience maintaining petty cash, expense records, and financial documentation.
• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to organize information, conduct research, and maintain records.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and use initiative.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work under pressure.
- Language Requirements
• Fluent Kurdish.
• Good Arabic.
• English (Required).
