Position: Social Worker /Child Educational sponsorship coordinator Organization: Neighbors to Nations (N2N) /
Location: Sulaymaniyah / Bakhtyary Employment Type: Full-time (1 position) / permanent
Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily activities of the Child Educational Sponsorship Program.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for sponsored children.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with children, families and sponsors.
• Prepare reports, updates, and communication materials for sponsors and management.
• Organize occasional activities, supply delivery, shopping, packaging and delivering.
• Monitor the program data and keep the database up to date.
• Assist in identifying children eligible for sponsorship support, prepare profiles and present it to the potential sponsors.
• Support financial and administrative tracking related to the program.
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection standards are always maintained.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in administration or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Previous experience in education programs, NGOs, or child-focused projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English is preferred.
• Strong commitment to child protection and community service.
