Dr. Rozhen Kamal presented a workshop to the members of Organization titled "From Expectation to Leadership: How Volunteering Shapes Your Future."
During the workshop, Dr. Rozhen discussed the multifaceted importance of volunteer work for students and graduates.
Through live examples, Dr. Rozhen summarized the workshop's message into three lessons:
First lesson: Volunteering = Free training (not unpaid exploitative work).
Second lesson: Volunteering = Increasing self-confidence and community trust, and expanding professional networking.
Third lesson: Volunteering = Opening doors to international opportunities.
