توضيح بشأن مصير التبرعات الخاصة بالطفل يوهان
Clarification Regarding the Fate of Donations for the Child Johan
قبل أسبوع، وبناءً على طلب عائلة الطفل المريض يوهان، بادرت لجنة مار ميخا الخيرية في القوش إلى إدارة حملة لجمع التبرعات المالية، بهدف تأمين كلفة إجراء عملية زرع كبد طارئة، أملاً في إنقاذ حياته.
ومنذ اللحظات الأولى لإطلاق الحملة، تكاتفت الجهود، وتعاطفت القلوب، وامتدت أيادي الخير من أصحاب النفوس الرحيمة، في موقف إنساني مشرّف، أسفر عن جمع المبلغ المطلوب خلال أقل من 20 ساعة.
إلا أن مشيئة الرب كانت أن ينتقل الطفل يوهان إلى جواره، إلى الحياة الأبدية بين ملائكة السماء، وذلك قبل موعد إجراء العملية.
وانطلاقاً من مسؤوليتنا الأخلاقية والإنسانية كأعضاء في لجنة مار ميخا الخيرية، وبعد التشاور مع القائمين على إدارة التبرعات من أبناء جاليتنا الأعزاء في(الولايات المتحدة – كندا – أوروبا – أستراليا)، ومناقشة مصير التبرعات المستلمة، تم التوصل إلى ما يلي:
• تتكفل لجنة مار ميخا الخيرية بتغطية كافة مصاريف رحلة علاج الطفل يوهان من مبلغ التبرعات.
• يُحفظ المبلغ المتبقي كرصيد وأمانة في حساب اللجنة، ليُخصص لدعم الحالات الإنسانية المشابهة مستقبلاً، بعد دراستها والموافقة عليها من قبل اللجنة.
وفي الختام، نتقدم بجزيل الشكر والامتنان لكل المتبرعين على ثقتهم العالية، ونؤكد التزامنا الدائم بأن نكون على قدر هذه الثقة، ساعين دائماً لخدمة العمل الإنساني بكل أمانة وشفافية
A week ago, at the request of the family of the child Johan, the Mar Mikha Charitable Committee in Alqosh launched a fundraising campaign to cover the cost of an emergency liver transplant, hoping to save his life.
From the very first moments of the campaign, efforts were united, hearts were filled with compassion, and generous hands extended in a noble humanitarian gesture, resulting in the collection of the required amount in less than 20 hours.
However, it was God's will that the child Johan would pass away before his scheduled surgery, entering eternal life among the angels of heaven.
Based on our ethical and humanitarian responsibility as members of the Mar Mikha Charitable Committee, and after consulting with those managing donations from our esteemed community members in (USA, Canada, Europe, & Australia), and discussing the allocation of the received donations, the following has been decided:
• The Mar Mikha Charitable Committee will cover all expenses related to the treatment trip for the child Johan from the donated funds.
• The remaining amount will be held as a trust in the committee's account, to be allocated to support similar humanitarian cases in the future, after review and approval by the committee.
In conclusion, we extend our deepest gratitude to all donors for their unwavering trust, and we reaffirm our commitment to being worthy of this trust, always striving to serve humanitarian causes with utmost integrity and transparency.
