Personally, I find following Judgment/order of the Madras High Court just and good, saying, "Bar associations can't prevent advocates from appearing before courts". Vide this order the Hon'ble High Court set aside a decision taken by the Tambaram Bar Association, Chennai to suspend a lawyer who had attended court proceedings after it called for a boycott.

I am all in favor of unity and solidarity of the Bar Associations but suspending work on every other day for unreasonable reasons cause uncountable harassment to the victim litigants that certainly goes in favor of the Offenders/Goons/Criminals. It gives impression to the general public that our Judicial system is pro-offenders. Being officers of the Court the Advocates must not be instrument in spreading such negativity in the society.

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act (BNSS), 2023; the Bharatiya I am not sure if amended and newly named laws; Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act (BNSS)2023;the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSSS)2023; and Bhartiya Sakshya Adhiniyam (BSA)2023 will really bring any value addition in the Indian Justice System But one thing is certain that these new changes are going to be pain in the ass of all the people who are part of Judicial System and that includes, Police, Advocates and the Hon'ble Judges
and Medical Industry is the only Industry which surely be going to be benefitted with these changes.

Our aim is to inculcate human values and knowledge and understanding of human rights and responsibilities among the younger generation.

HRG (INDIA) is an effort to cater a platform to independent thinkers and social activists who are being driven by unbiased, neutral, impartial and balanced perception on the subject related to social cause directly or indirectly. We dream to have such a society in India in particular and in the world at large that accepts a Human being as a Human being and nothing less. We solemnly believe that Humanity is the supreme value that a person needs to follow and respect. When a person paints himself or herself in the color of a particular religion, cult or sect it appears as if he/she has reduced to a biased personality instead of being a torch bearer of humanity.

We firmly believe that humanity is at the core of all the religions of the world and any religion is meant to be a connecting bridge between different societies and races of people, hence we do not oppose any religion. We firmly believe that all the religions basically teach the values of humanity and show its followers the path which is right in the wider perspective. We are being driven by humanitarian teachings of our ancient Vedas, teachings of Guru Nanak Dev ji, Guru Gobind Singh Ji, Teaching of Bhakt Kabir Ji and many more such noble souls who has been continuously putting their efforts to make this world better and better.

We invite people from all walks of life; irrespective of caste, creed, language, religion or region, to join hands with us and use this platform to share their views fearlessly and openly to stand against the atrocities, be it in the name of religion, region, caste, creed or gender. The only thing expected from the thought sharers is the decorum of language.
