United Cultural Centre & Library United Cultural Centre & Library United Cultural Centre & Library is started in 2009 at 12th Mile, Wayanad, Kerala.

Since then, UCC is active in organizing various programs in order to build a better society. Our notable achievement over these years is the establishment of a public library. The library began functioning by the end of 2011, and has a book count of around 1050 as of now. Although the number of books is less, the rate of growth, popularity and usage by the public is worth mentioning. We conduct a

number of events like career guidance classes, medical camps, general educational assistance for students at various levels, etc. We work in collaboration with Saksharatha Mission for helping the people of different age groups in achieving primary and secondary education.

*വായന കളരി- 2026*
*യുണൈറ്റഡ് കൾച്ചറൽ സെൻ്റർ & ലൈബ്രറി* യുടെ ആഭിമുഖ്യത്തിൽ സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച “വായന കളരി 2026” പരിപാടി 2026 മെയ് 08-ന് ആവേശകരമായി നടന്നു. വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളുടെ സൃഷ്ടിപരമായ കഴിവുകളും വായനാശീലവും വളർത്തുന്നതിനായി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച പരിപാടിയിൽ ചിത്ര രചന, കവിത രചന, കസേര കളി എന്നീ വിവിധ മത്സരങ്ങൾ നടത്തി.
*അൻപതിൽ പരം വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ മത്സരങ്ങളിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തു* . ഓരോ മത്സരവും കുട്ടികളുടെ കഴിവുകളും ആത്മവിശ്വാസവും പ്രകടമാക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ ശ്രദ്ധേയമായി. ചിത്ര രചന മത്സരത്തിൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾ മനോഹരമായ ചിത്രങ്ങൾവരച്ചപ്പോൾ , കവിത രചന മത്സരത്തിൽ മികച്ച സൃഷ്ടിപരമായ ചിന്തകൾ ഉയർന്നു. കസേര കളി മത്സരവും കുട്ടികൾക്ക് ആവേശവും സന്തോഷവും പകർന്നു.
പരിപാടിയുടെ നടത്തിപ്പിനും മത്സരങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിനും നേതൃത്വം നൽകിയത് ലൈബ്രേറിയൻ അൻസീറ ടീച്ചർ എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് മെമ്പർമാർ ആയ ഇർഷാദ് വി, സോമജ ടീച്ചർ എന്നിവരായിരുന്നു. പരിപാടി വിജയകരമാക്കാൻ രക്ഷിതാക്കളുടെയും അധ്യാപകരുടെയും നാട്ടുകാരുടെയും സഹകരണവും ശ്രദ്ധേയമായി.....

*യുണൈറ്റഡ് കൾച്ചറൽ സെൻ്റർ & ലൈബ്രറി** , പൂരിഞ്ഞി സംഘടിപ്പിച്ച വായന കളരി 2026 ആവേശകരമായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥി പങ്കാളിത്തത്തോടെ വിജയകരമായി നടന്നു. ഏകദേശം നാൽപതോളം കുട്ടികൾ കഥാരചനയിലും പെയിന്റിംഗിലും തങ്ങളുടെ സൃഷ്ടിപരമായ കഴിവുകൾ മനോഹരമായി പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചു.
വായനയുടെ ലോകത്തേക്ക് കുട്ടികളെ കൈപിടിച്ചുയർത്തുകയും, മൊബൈൽ ഉപയോഗം കുറയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് പ്രചോദനമാകുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ഈ പരിപാടി, അറിവും സൃഷ്ടിയും ഒരുമിക്കുന്ന വേദിയായി മാറി.
