Icha was born out of the founder Madhu Tugnait’s dream to build and give the society a concrete and stable structure for community living.It focusses mainly on orphans from 0-6 years,destitute and single women and homeless elderly people. The responsibility of the orphans with icha will be lifelong or till the time they can support themselves
The organisation focuses on living in a natural environ
ment in the organic way.One of the main aims is to bring back the ancient way of living in coordination with nature. It also encourages inmates and others alike to make a living with hand-made products and try and keep old traditional arts alive
