ఏప్రిల్ 3, 4 తేదీలలో కర్నూల్ జిల్లా క్లస్టర్ యూనివర్సిటీలో నిర్వహించబడనున్న రాష్ట్ర యూనివర్సిటీల కన్వెన్షన్‌కు సంబంధించి గోడపత్రికలను ఈరోజు ఆంధ్ర యూనివర్సిటీ మెయిన్ గేట్ వద్ద విడుదల చేశారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా విశాఖ జిల్లా కార్యదర్శి డి. వెంకటరమణ మాట్లాడుతూ, రాష్ట్రంలోని యూనివర్సిటీల అభివృద్ధి మరియు విద్యార్థుల సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి సంబంధించిన పలు కీలక డిమాండ్లపై ఈ కన్వెన్షన్‌లో చర్చించి ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించనున్నట్లు తెలిపారు.

ప్రధాన డిమాండ్లు ఇవి:

ఖాళీగా ఉన్న 3,371 ప్రొఫెసర్ పోస్టులను తక్షణమే భర్తీ చేయాలి

యూనివర్సిటీల అభివృద్ధికి తగిన నిధులు కేటాయించాలి

విద్యార్థి సంఘాలకు ఎన్నికలు నిర్వహించాలి

పరిశోధక విద్యార్థులకు నెలకు రూ.20,000 ఫెలోషిప్ అందించాలి

పరిశోధనలకు ప్రత్యేక నిధులు కేటాయించాలి

యూనివర్సిటీలలో కుల వివక్షత నిర్మూలనకు “రోహిత్ చట్టం” అమలు చేయాలి

హాస్టల్ విద్యార్థులకు నెలకు రూ.3,000 మెస్ బిల్లు ఇవ్వాలి

యూజీసీ నెట్/సెట్ పరీక్షలకు సిద్ధమయ్యే విద్యార్థుల కోసం కోచింగ్ కేంద్రాలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి

సెంట్రల్ యూనివర్సిటీ, గిరిజన యూనివర్సిటీ తదితర కేంద్ర విద్యా సంస్థలకు కేంద్రం నుండి నిధులు రాబట్టాలి

డీమ్డ్ మరియు ప్రైవేటు యూనివర్సిటీలను నియంత్రిస్తూ, ఫీజులపై అదుపు, రిజర్వేషన్ల అమలు చేయాలి

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో విశాఖ జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు అజయ్, యూనివర్సిటీ కార్యదర్శి ఎం. కుసుమాంజలి, ఉపాధ్యక్షులు ప్రగతి, సహాయ కార్యదర్శులు సాగర్, విశాల్, అలేఖ్య, గౌరీ లక్ష్మి, కాశీం, సంతోష్ మరియు ఇతర యూనివర్సిటీ సభ్యులు, విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

ఈ కన్వెన్షన్ ద్వారా రాష్ట్రంలోని ఉన్నత విద్యా రంగ సమస్యలను ప్రభుత్వ దృష్టికి తీసుకెళ్లి, వాటి పరిష్కారానికి కృషి చేయనున్నట్లు నిర్వాహకులు తెలిపారు.

రేపటి తరం కోసం నేటి యువత కదంతోక్కాలి.... రేపు సాయంత్రం నాలుగు గంటలకు భగత్ సింగ్ రాజ్ గురు,సుఖదేవ్ వర్ధంతి సందర్భంగా జరగబోయే కాగడాల ప్రదర్శనలో ప్రతి ఒక్క విద్యార్థిని విద్యార్థులు పాల్గొని జయప్రదం చేయాలని కోరుతున్నాం.....👆

A protest was held at the Andhra University Out Gate under the leadership of SFI and AISF condemning the recent attempts to provoke communal tensions on campus.
We demand immediate action against unauthorized entries disrupting the academic atmosphere and an official statement ensuring student safety.
Educational institutions must not become platforms for religious or political hatred.
Protect Harmony – Safety – Democracy.
