స్టీల్ బి.ఎం.ఎస్ కార్యాలయంలో ముఖ్య సమావేశం
స్టీల్ బి.ఎం.ఎస్ కార్యాలయంలో ముఖ్య రిమ్స్ కార్యవర్గ సభ్యులతో సమావేశం నిర్వహించబడింది. ఈ సమావేశంలో మార్చి 28, 29 తేదీలలో ఒడిశా రాష్ట్రంలోని రౌర్‌కెలా లో జరిగిన బి.ఎం.ఎస్ స్టీల్ ఫెడరేషన్ సమావేశాల్లో ఆర్.ఐ.ఎన్.ఎల్ కార్మిక వర్గం ఎదుర్కొంటున్న సమస్యలపై జరిగిన చర్చలను బి.ఎం.ఎస్ స్టీల్ ఫెడరేషన్ అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీ కొమ్మినేని శ్రీనివాసరావు గారు వివరించారు.
అలాగే ఫెడరేషన్ ఇంచార్జ్ శ్రీ మళ్ళ జగదీశ్వరరావు గారు కార్మిక సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి తీసుకోవాల్సిన ముఖ్యమైన చర్యలను తెలియజేశారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో చర్చించిన ప్రధాన అంశాలు:
ఆర్.ఐ.ఎన్.ఎల్‌లో ప్రస్తుతం అమలులో ఉన్న ప్రొడక్షన్ లింక్డ్ సాలరీలకు సంబంధించిన అంశాలు
ఆర్.ఐ.ఎన్.ఎల్‌లో 2017 నూతన వేతనాల అమలు విషయాలు
పై సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి బి.ఎం.ఎస్ స్టీల్ ఫెడరేషన్ కార్యసమితి కృషి చేస్తుందని నాయకులు తెలిపారు.

AP సీనియర్ సిటిజన్స్ వెల్ఫేర్ అసోసియేషన్ (బి.ఎం.ఎస్. అనుబంధం) తొలి సమావేశం విశాఖపట్నంలో విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించబడింది. సభ్యులు ఉత్సాహంగా పాల్గొని సంఘ బలోపేతం, సీనియర్ సిటిజన్ల సంక్షేమ కార్యక్రమాలు మరియు భవిష్యత్ కార్యాచరణపై విస్తృతంగా చర్చించారు. సంఘాన్ని మరింత విస్తరించేందుకు స్పష్టమైన కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించబడింది.

ఈ కార్యక్రమానికి ముఖ్య అతిథిగా హాజరైన ప్రముఖ సంగీత విద్వాంసులు శ్రీ యజ్ఞేశ్వర శాస్త్రి గారు (Calicut, Kerala) అందించిన సంగీత కార్యక్రమం సభికులను మంత్రముగ్ధులను చేసింది.

ప్రత్యేక అతిథిగా పాల్గొన్న మళ్ళ జగదీశ్వర రావు (స్టీల్, నాన్ కోల్ & డిఫెన్స్ పబ్లిక్ సెక్టార్ ప్రబారి) సీనియర్ సిటిజన్ల ఐక్యత, సామాజిక బాధ్యత మరియు సంఘటిత శక్తి అవసరాన్ని విశదీకరించారు. ఆయన సందేశం సభ్యుల్లో కొత్త ఉత్సాహాన్ని నింపింది.

కార్యక్రమం అనంతరం అల్పాహారం ఏర్పాటు చేసి సమావేశాన్ని విజయవంతంగా ముగించారు.

The first meeting of the AP Senior Citizens Welfare Association (affiliated to BMS) was successfully conducted in Visakhapatnam. Members participated enthusiastically and held detailed discussions on strengthening the organization, promoting the welfare of senior citizens, and planning future activities. A clear action plan was formulated to further expand the association.

The program was graced by renowned musician Sri Yagneswara Sastri garu (Calicut, Kerala), whose musical performance captivated the audience.

The special guest Malla Jagadishwara Rao (In-charge, Steel, Non-Coal & Defence Public Sector) elaborated on the importance of unity, social responsibility, and collective strength among senior citizens. His message inspired and energized the members.

The meeting concluded successfully with refreshments served to all attendees.
