A job doesn't just provide an income. It gives identity, confidence, and dignity.
Today, we were honoured to welcome the officials from the District Employment and Career Guidance Centre, Villupuram, to Sristi Foundation.
They interacted with our young adults with intellectual disabilities, provided career guidance, and explored ways to build meaningful employment opportunities through collaboration.
This is an important step towards a future where people with intellectual disabilities are valued for their abilities and have equal access to meaningful work.
Inclusion becomes real when workplaces open their doors.
Together, we can create employment that transforms lives.
