Every girl retained in education is a step towards a stronger and more empowered community.

📅 01 June 2026

Under the leadership and guidance of *Dr. B. Keerthi,* a powerful movement is taking shape through the *Bal Panchayats* of the *Empower GIRL Child Project.*

Children are emerging as young leaders and changemakers—identifying community issues, analyzing their causes and consequences, and working together to find solutions. Through peer leadership, they are:

✅ Supporting out-of-school children to return to school
✅ Preventing child marriages
✅ Promoting girls' education and retention
✅ Advocating for menstrual hygiene support in schools
✅ Encouraging waste management and community responsibility
✅ Building confidence, leadership, and collective action

Nothing is more inspiring than seeing children ask questions, challenge barriers, and envision a better future. *Every question raised is the beginning of change.*

💙 *When children lead, communities transform.*
