"A single act of kindness can become someone's second chance at life." ❤️

The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit–2, Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education, in association with the Department of Transfusion Medicine, Dr. Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Foundation, successfully organized a Blood Donation Camp to promote voluntary blood donation and spread awareness about its life-saving impact.

The camp witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, staff, and volunteers, reflecting the true spirit of service and compassion.

We sincerely thank every donor, medical professional, volunteer, and organizer whose invaluable contribution made this initiative a meaningful success.

Together, we continue to uphold the NSS motto, "Not Me, But You."

🛕🙏 Jagannath Rath Yatra 2026 – NSS Volunteer Service 🚩

"Service to humanity is the truest form of devotion."

The NSS - Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University), Kanuru, Vijayawada, proudly participated in the Jagannath Rath Yatra 2026 on 16th July 2026, with our dedicated student volunteers rendering selfless service throughout the grand spiritual procession.

Our volunteers actively supported crowd management, assisted devotees by distributing drinking water, guided pilgrims, and coordinated with the event organizers to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the Rath Yatra. Through their commitment and discipline, they embodied the true spirit of National Service Scheme – "Not Me, But You."

This meaningful participation provided students with an opportunity to serve society, foster teamwork, strengthen leadership skills, and uphold the values of compassion, responsibility, and community service.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our NSS Programme Officer, faculty coordinators, volunteers, and all those who contributed to making this service initiative a memorable success.

🩺🌿 TB Awareness Programme, Medical Check-up & Health Awareness Session

"Healthy habits today build a healthier tomorrow."

NSS Unit-2, Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education (Deemed to be University), Kanuru, successfully organized a TB Awareness Programme, Free Medical Check-up Camp, and an Expert Health Awareness Session on 16th July 2026.

The programme featured an insightful talk on "Sync with Nature – Resetting Your Daily Rhythm through Ayurvedic Dinacharya", emphasizing the importance of aligning daily routines with nature, adopting healthy lifestyle practices, and preventing diseases through holistic wellness. The session also highlighted Tuberculosis awareness, including its causes, symptoms, prevention, early diagnosis, and the significance of completing treatment. A free medical check-up was conducted to promote preventive healthcare among students.

We express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Girandhi Satya Prasanth, the faculty coordinators, NSS volunteers, and all participants for making this initiative a meaningful success.
