FROM HOMEMAKER TO WORKING WOMAN

Nandani Pal’s Journey of Independence

Nandani Pal, a homemaker, dreamed of becoming financially independent and supporting her family.

Through the Computer Course under the Livelihood Department at KIRAN Society, she developed practical skills in computer applications, data entry, and documentation, along with the confidence to step into the workplace.

Today, Nandani works as a Data Entry Operator at the Block Office on a contractual (Samvida) basis.

She is now earning, supporting her family, and moving forward with dignity and independence.

Teacher’s Day Celebration at KIRAN School

Teachers inspire, guide, encourage, and help children believe in themselves. 💖📚

In India, Teacher’s Day is celebrated on September 5, the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan, in recognition of his contribution to education and the invaluable role of teachers in shaping young minds.

As KIRAN School was closed on September 5, our students celebrated Teacher’s Day on September 7, 2026, with great joy and enthusiasm. 🎉✨

The celebration began with a warm welcome for our teachers and educators, followed by teeka as a mark of respect and gratitude. 🙏🌺 The students also presented beautiful cultural performances, making the occasion joyful and memorable. 🎶💃🕺

Adding confidence and energy to the programme, Akshay, a Class 7 student, anchored the event with great enthusiasm. 👏🎤

It was a beautiful celebration filled with love, respect, appreciation, and gratitude for our wonderful teachers. ❤️🌷

On 29 August 2026, KIRAN Society, in collaboration with Kachhwa Christian Hospital, Mirzapur, organized its first-ever Rehabilitation Camp at Sahsepur, Aurai Block, Bhadohi.

🤝 The camp brought together 30 children and youth, providing rehabilitation screening, assessment, guidance, and support.

✨ Camp Highlights:
🔹 25 new registrations for rehabilitation
🔹 1 follow-up case assessed
🔹 4 over-age individuals guided on available government schemes
🔹 Individualized rehabilitation plan appointments scheduled at KIRAN Society for all registered children

Every assessment is a step towards better support, greater independence, and an inclusive future.❤️

Together, we continue to bring rehabilitation services closer to the communities that need them most.

Honouring Freedom. Celebrating Talent. Building Responsibility.

Kiran Society commemorated India’s 80th Independence Day with a meaningful celebration centred around patriotism, unity, culture and social responsibility.

The programme featured the flag-hoisting ceremony, National Anthem, patriotic presentations, inspiring addresses and cultural performances by our talented students.

The student performances were one of the highlights of the celebration. Their confidence, creativity and dedication reflected not only their talent but also their love and respect for the nation. We sincerely appreciate every student who came forward and contributed to making the programme vibrant and memorable.

We were privileged to have the presence of esteemed guests, including Shri Anand Todi,(Owner - Zen Electric Private Limited), Shri Pramod Baranwal, (Secretary - Kiran Society) and other respected dignitaries.

The celebration concluded with a warm vote of thanks by Nidhi B Ma’am (Executive Director-KIRAN Society), expressing sincere gratitude to all the organisers, teachers, students, volunteers and everyone present at the venue for their valuable support and participation.

Events like these remind us that Independence is not only about remembering our past, but also about taking responsibility for the future we wish to create.
