As part of BKD (Bildungskooperation Deutsch), Badi Asha is a recognized BKD school where we teach German and foster global learning. A delegation from the Goethe-Institut Delhi regularly visits to support and supervise the program, also providing valuable teaching materials.

Yesterday we had a wonderful workshop at school with Divyasha, an artist from BHU, and Yashan, a theatre actor.

The kids created plaster masks, played lots of theatre games, and even learned how to make seven different hats from a single page of newspaper! 🎭📰

Moments like these remind us how enriching it is to interact with people from different worlds — opening new spaces for creativity, imagination, and learning.

Exciting Delhi trip for our all-girls Class 7 this year! ✨

So many incredible experiences and “firsts”: first time on the metro, first train journey, first time at the cinema, and visits to monuments, parks, and museums. There was also lots of fun and plenty of new foods to try!

A special highlight was the Brezel workshop at DPS School, Gurgaon. Thank you to Organic German Bakeshop for the warm hospitality.

We always leave a piece of our hearts in Delhi. ❤️

✨ Since last week, our organization has been hosting a workshop on gender, ethics, and communication.
👩‍🏫 The majority of our staff is participating with great enthusiasm.
🌱 The aim: to create a more supportive work environment and foster personal growth on these important topics.

Fachkräftestrategie Indien - viele Wege führen nach Deutschland.

Vor den Regierungskonsultationen besuchte Bundesarbeitsminister  zunächst eine Projekt-Schule sowie einen Backbetrieb.

In dem Backbetrieb führt der aus Pforzheim ausgewanderte Bäcker, Michael Schmid, benachteiligte Jugendliche aus Delhi und Varanasi an das Bäckerhandwerk heran. Die ersten beiden seiner Crew sind jüngst nach Deutschland für ihre dreijährige Duale Ausbildung gezogen.

In Neu-Delhi werden Fachkräfte in traditionellem deutschem Backwerk ausgebildet. Bäckermeister Michael Schmid aus Pforzheim lehrt junge Menschen das Backen und bietet ihnen dadurch eine berufliche Perspektive. Einige bereitet er auf eine duale Ausbildung in Deutschland vor. Bundesarbeitsminister Hubertus Heil durfte mitbacken.

Nicole Walther and Sabine Dietlmeier from visited the Organic German Bakeshop which is a part of Learn for Life Empowerment Project in New Delhi. They played a crucial role in facilitating the visa process for Nuzra Khan and Md. Shakir. On October 14th, they, along with a delegation, visited (Bäckerei Nussbaumer) in Waldbronn to officially welcome Nuzra and Shakir. Their continued support for our project reflects their commitment, and they look forward to welcoming many more Azubis in 2025.
