We recently organized a ๐ฏ-๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ต๐ ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ for the participants of I-Saksham Education and Learning Foundation in rural Bihar with a simple yet powerful belief: every young woman should have the opportunity to earn independently and build a future on her own terms.

Over three immersive days, participants learned:
๐ท ๐ฃ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ต๐ ๐๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ฎ๐น๐- composition, framing, lighting, visual storytelling, and the rule of thirds.
โ๏ธ ๐๐ฎ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ ๐ข๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐- aperture, shutter speed, ISO, exposure, depth of field, and using camera settings for different situations.
๐ฅ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ต๐ & ๐ฆ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐๐ฏ๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฑ๐ถ๐ป๐ด- planning visuals, understanding different shot types, camera movements, and creating stories through videos.
๐ป ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ผ ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด- learning the basics of Adobe Premiere Pro, editing timelines, transitions, syncing audio, and creating engaging visual content.
The learning didn't stop in the classroom. Every session was followed by practical exercises where participants captured photographs, created videos, and worked together on storytelling projects.
One of the most meaningful conversations throughout the workshop was about how photography can become more than a skill; it can become a source of income.
