Utkarsh Welfare Foundation' (UWF), erstwhile 'Samutkarsh Welfare Services' (SWS), was incorporated in August 2010 and is registered under section 25 of Companies Act, 1956 (now Section 8, as per Companies Act, 2013) and aim

s to provide various services and products for the development and assistance to the underprivileged population in rural & urban sectors by way of market linkage opportunities, education, health and vocational training program. UWF aims at empowering grass root population especially women, making them self - reliant and transforming them into successful entrepreneurs.
