JumpStart Skill Foundation Jumpstart Skill Foundation is a Non Profit Organization.

Jumpstart Skill Foundation, a section 25 registered company, is a social initiative which will serve as a training platform to provide employment enhancing skill development opportunities to underprivileged women who have not had a chance to complete their formal education. The organization will work towards creating specialized training programs in various professional and vocational disciplines common to the Corporate sector, Manufacturing Industries and the Service and Retail sector. Apart from imparting skill based training, the candidates will also be trained in English Communication, Computer Skills, Image Enhancement and Personality Development & Grooming Skills to give them an overall empowering experience and make them 'Market Ready'. The organization progressively aims to collaborate with various business formats, to create and secure suitable employment opportunities ensuring upliftment of the trained candidates.

Every student has different strengths, interests and aspirations - and understanding them is where the right career journey begins.

Through the Student Profiling Sessions for Skill Smart Batch 39, Madhu Ma’am and Pallavi Ma’am interacted one-on-one with students to understand their skills, interests and career preferences.

Students also explored relevant job roles, responsibilities, required skills and growth opportunities, helping them make more informed career choices and prepare for placement.

A stronger journey starts with better communication.

Our Parent Interaction Meet for Batch 39 brought parents, students and the JumpStart team together to discuss the journey ahead - from understanding the importance of subjects to learning about job placement opportunities and the placement process.

The session also gave parents a chance to share their feedback, understand the next steps and be more involved in their child’s journey.

When everyone understands the path, moving forward becomes easier.

During our field visit, we introduced the community to JumpStart’s Skill Smart, Upskill and Scholarship Programs- creating awareness around skill development, employment and education opportunities for both girls and boys.

From learning a new skill to finding employment or continuing education, we believe the right information can open the right door.

Our JumpStart team spent time with children and girls, sharing smiles, conversations and a little festive joy during Gauri Vrat.

The visit also became an opportunity to introduce the community to Skill Smart- our job-oriented skill development program designed to connect people with practical skills and employment opportunities.
