She is the loving mother of Lord Kartikeya, who is also known as Skanda. She beautifully represents the union of motherhood and the radiant fire of knowledge.

Durgotsav is almost here 🌸 In the third episode of our special series, let's learn about the third divine form of Goddess Durga: Maa Chandraghanta.
🔔 Who is Maa Chandraghanta?
She is adorned with a half-moon shaped like a bell (Ghanta) on her forehead, which gives her the name Chandraghanta. She represents a unique and beautiful blend of ultimate peace and boundless courage.
⚔️ Her Form & The Lesson for Us:
Radiant as a ten-armed warrior, she is fiercely seated upon a lion. Maa Chandraghanta teaches us a vital life lesson: to defeat fear and negativity in our minds, having inner courage is absolutely essential 💫
