सच्चे गुरु कहाँ मिलते हैं, और हमें क्या सीखने का संकल्प लेना चाहिए?

गुरु पूर्णिमा के इस पावन अवसर पर भगवान हमें प्रेमपूर्वक स्मरण कराते हैं कि मानव जीवन का वास्तविक उद्देश्य आत्मा (Atma) से परमात्मा (Paramatma) की ओर यात्रा करना है।

वास्तविक मनुष्य वही है जो अपने सीमित अहंकार से ऊपर उठकर परमात्मा के साथ एकत्व की ओर निरंतर अग्रसर होता है।

इस दिव्य यात्रा में सम्पूर्ण प्रकृति हमारी गुरु बन जाती है।

सृष्टि का प्रत्येक अंश हमें मौन रूप से मार्गदर्शन देता है, प्रेरणा देता है और अंत तक हमारा साथ निभाता है।

इसीलिए प्रकृति ही सच्ची गुरु है, क्योंकि वह ईश्वर से पूर्णतः ओत-प्रोत है।

ईश्वर हमें सदैव सीधे शब्दों में शिक्षा नहीं देते।

वे अपने प्रेम, व्यवस्था, धैर्य, सौंदर्य और ज्ञान को प्रकृति के माध्यम से निरंतर प्रकट करते हैं।

भगवान एक सुंदर उदाहरण देते हैं।

जब बच्चों को 'ॐ' सिखाया जाता है, तो शिक्षक उसका उच्चारण भी करता है और पट्टी पर 'ॐ' लिखकर भी दिखाता है।

उसी प्रकार ईश्वर ने सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि के प्रत्येक कण पर 'ॐ' अंकित कर रखा है।

यह सम्पूर्ण ब्रह्माण्ड ही उनकी पाठशाला है, और प्रकृति वह पट्टी है जिससे हमें ईश्वर को पहचानना सीखना चाहिए।

इसलिए संसार का त्याग मत करो।

प्रकृति की निन्दा मत करो।

बल्कि प्रत्येक व्यक्ति, प्रत्येक जीव, प्रत्येक परिस्थिति और सम्पूर्ण सृष्टि में ईश्वर का दर्शन करना सीखो।

ईश्वर को केवल किसी एक नाम या एक रूप तक सीमित मत करो।

उनके सभी नामों से प्रेम करो।

उनके सभी रूपों का सम्मान करो।

हर रूप में उसी एक परमात्मा का दर्शन करो।

अपने प्रेम का विस्तार करो।

केवल अपने तक नहीं।

केवल अपने परिवार तक नहीं।

केवल अपने समाज, धर्म या राष्ट्र तक नहीं।

अपितु सम्पूर्ण विश्व को अपने प्रेम में समाहित कर लो।

भगवान एक सरल उदाहरण देते हैं।

यदि भोजन में नमक कम हो, तो हम तुरंत उसे पहचान लेते हैं, क्योंकि कुछ क्षणों के स्वाद की भी हमें चिंता रहती है।

तो सोचिए, जब हमें इस धरती पर 70 या 80 वर्ष का जीवन जीना है, तब उसके वास्तविक उद्देश्य को पूरा करने के लिए हमें कितनी अधिक सावधानी और जागरूकता रखनी चाहिए।

जिस प्रकार नमक भोजन को स्वाद देता है, उसी प्रकार सद्गुण जीवन को सार्थक बनाते हैं।

और सभी सद्गुणों में प्रेम सर्वोच्च सद्गुण है।

प्रेम बाँटने से बढ़ता है।

जितना अधिक प्रेम करेंगे, उतना ही हमारा हृदय दिव्य प्रेम से भरता जाएगा।

इसलिए सम्पूर्ण विश्व को अपना गुरु मानो।

प्रकृति से सीखो।

सद्गुणों के साथ जीवन जीओ।

सबके साथ निःस्वार्थ प्रेम बाँटो।

तब जीवन का प्रत्येक दिन एक नई शिक्षा बन जाएगा, प्रत्येक अनुभव ईश्वर का आशीर्वाद बन जाएगा, और प्रत्येक कदम हमें परमात्मा के साथ शाश्वत एकत्व के और अधिक निकट ले जाएगा।

Where can we find the true Guru, and what must we resolve to learn?

On the sacred occasion of Guru Poornima, Bhagawan lovingly reminds us that the journey of human life is a journey from the individual Self (Atma) to the Supreme Self (Paramatma).

A true human being is one who steadily progresses toward this Divine goal.

Throughout this sacred journey, Nature itself becomes our teacher.

Every part of creation silently guides, inspires, and supports us until we reach our destination.

Therefore, the true Guru is Nature, for it is completely pervaded by God.

God may not always teach us through words.

He teaches us continuously through the beauty, harmony, order, patience, and wisdom present in Nature.

Bhagawan gives a beautiful example.

When children are taught Om, the teacher pronounces it aloud and also writes Om on a slate.

Likewise, God has written Om on every particle of creation.

The whole universe is His classroom.

Nature is the slate from which we must learn to recognize the Divine.

Therefore, do not reject the world.

Do not condemn Nature.

Instead, learn to see God in every person, every creature, every experience, and every aspect of creation.

Do not limit God to a single name or form.

Love every Divine Name.

Respect every Divine Form.

See the One Divine Reality shining through all.

Expand your love beyond yourself.

Expand it beyond your family.

Expand it beyond your community, nation, and religion.

Let your love embrace the entire world.

Bhagawan reminds us with a simple example.

If a meal has too little salt, we immediately notice it because we care about a few moments of taste.

If we pay such attention to a temporary experience, how much greater should our care be in living a meaningful life that may span seventy or eighty years?

Just as salt gives flavour to food, virtue gives meaning and purpose to life.

Among all virtues, Love is the highest.

Love grows by being shared.

The more we love, the more love blossoms within us.

Therefore, let the entire Universe be your Guru.

Learn from Nature.

Live with virtue.

Share selfless love with everyone.

In doing so, every day becomes a lesson, every experience becomes a blessing, and every step brings us closer to realizing our Oneness with the Divine.

हमारे भीतर निहित दिव्य शक्ति का सर्वोत्तम उपयोग क्या है?

भगवान प्रेमपूर्वक हमें स्मरण कराते हैं कि आत्मशक्ति (दिव्य शक्ति) सर्वत्र विद्यमान है।

जिस प्रकार बिजली प्रकृति में हर स्थान पर होती है, परन्तु उसे उचित साधनों द्वारा ही एकत्रित, संचित और उपयोग में लाया जा सकता है, उसी प्रकार सर्वव्यापी आत्मशक्ति मानव शरीर, मन और स्नायु-तंत्र (नाड़ियों) के माध्यम से कार्य करती है।

यही दिव्य शक्ति हमारे विचारों को प्रकाशित करती है, हमारे कर्मों को ऊर्जा देती है और हमारे जीवन का मार्गदर्शन करती है।

इसलिए हमें इस अमूल्य शक्ति का उपयोग क्षणिक सुखों और सांसारिक आसक्तियों में नहीं, बल्कि आनन्द (परमानन्द) की प्राप्ति के लिए करना चाहिए।

प्रत्येक कोशिका, प्रत्येक नस और प्रत्येक विचार में जो जीवन-चेतना प्रवाहित हो रही है, वह आत्मा का ही प्रकाश है।

वही हमारी बुद्धि, चेतना, जीवन-शक्ति और जागरूकता का मूल स्रोत है।

जो जन्म लेता है, उसका एक दिन अंत भी निश्चित है।

जिसका आरम्भ है, उसका अंत भी है।

किन्तु आत्मा न जन्म लेती है, न मरती है।

वह न बढ़ती है, न घटती है।

वह समय, परिवर्तन और इतिहास से परे है।

आत्मा केवल 'है'—वह शाश्वत अस्तित्व, शाश्वत ज्ञान और शाश्वत आनन्द है।

प्रत्येक मनुष्य के भीतर इच्छा करने की एक शक्ति होती है, जिसे इच्छाशक्ति कहते हैं।

यह इच्छाशक्ति भी आत्मशक्ति का ही एक दिव्य प्रकाश है।

इसलिए इस पवित्र शक्ति को तुच्छ, हानिकारक या केवल क्षणिक वस्तुओं की इच्छा में व्यर्थ नहीं गंवाना चाहिए।

अपनी इच्छाओं को शुद्ध, पवित्र और ऊँचा बनाइए।

उन्हें ईश्वर, सत्य, प्रेम, निःस्वार्थ सेवा, पवित्रता और आत्म-साक्षात्कार की ओर मोड़िए।

जब इच्छाशक्ति भगवान की ओर प्रवाहित होती है, तब वही प्रेम (दिव्य प्रेम) में परिवर्तित हो जाती है।

भगवान कहते हैं कि दिव्य प्रेम उस मधुर फल के समान है, जो ईश्वर की ओर उन्मुख इच्छाशक्ति के वृक्ष पर उत्पन्न होता है।

उस फल का कड़वा छिलका माया (भ्रम) है और उसके कठोर बीज भेदभाव एवं अनेकता की भावना हैं।

विवेक, श्रद्धा, साधना और भगवान की कृपा से इन आवरणों को हटाना चाहिए।

तब उसके भीतर का मधुर रस प्राप्त होता है।

वही मधुर रस आत्मानन्द (परमानन्द) है, जिसे आत्मा सहज रूप से प्रदान करती है।

अतः—

अपने प्रत्येक विचार को पवित्र बनाइए।

अपनी प्रत्येक इच्छा को ईश्वर की ओर मोड़िए।

अपने प्रत्येक कर्म को प्रेम और सेवा का माध्यम बनाइए।

अपने प्रत्येक क्षण को आत्मशक्ति की दिव्य अभिव्यक्ति बनाइए।

तब जीवन क्षणिक सुखों से शाश्वत आनन्द की ओर, माया से सत्य की ओर, और व्यक्तिगत चेतना से परमात्मा के साथ एकत्व की ओर निरंतर अग्रसर होता जाएगा।

What is the best use of the Divine Power that is latent within us?

Bhagawan lovingly reminds us that the Divine Power (Atma-Shakti) is present everywhere.

Just as electricity exists throughout nature but can be collected, stored, and used only through suitable instruments, the all-pervading Atma-Shakti functions through the human body, mind, and nervous system.

This Divine Power illumines our thoughts, energizes our actions, and guides our life.

Therefore, we should consciously direct this precious power toward Ananda (Supreme Bliss) rather than toward temporary worldly pleasures and attachments.

The Life Principle that flows through every cell, every nerve, and every thought is a reflection of the Divine Atma.

It is the source of our intelligence, awareness, vitality, and consciousness.

Everything that is born must one day perish.

Whatever has a beginning will also have an end.

But the Atma is eternal.

It is never born and never dies.

It neither grows nor diminishes.

It is beyond time, change, and history.

The Atma simply IS—eternal Existence, eternal Intelligence, and eternal Bliss.

Within every human being arises the power of desire, known as Ichchha-Shakti (the power of will or desire).

This power is not separate from God.

It is a ray of the Divine Atma-Shakti present within us.

Therefore, we should never waste this sacred power by desiring harmful, selfish, or temporary objects.

Instead, purify and elevate your desires.

Direct them toward God, Truth, Love, Selfless Service, Purity, and Self-realization.

When desire is thus purified and directed toward God, it blossoms into Prema (Divine Love).

Bhagawan compares Divine Love to the sweet fruit of the tree nourished by God-directed desire.

Like a fruit, it may have a bitter outer rind called Maya (illusion) and hard seeds representing the perception of separation and diversity.

These coverings must be discarded through discrimination, faith, spiritual practice, and Divine Grace.

Then we can taste the sweet nectar within.

That sweetness is Ananda—the eternal Bliss that the Atma naturally bestows.

Therefore, let every thought be pure.

Let every desire become sacred.

Let every action express Divine Love.

Let every moment be guided by the Divine Power within.

Then life itself becomes a continuous journey from temporary pleasures to eternal Bliss, from illusion to Truth, and from individuality to Oneness with God.

क्या कर्मों के बंधन से मुक्त हुआ जा सकता है?

भगवान हमें आशा, विश्वास और उत्साह से भर देने वाला एक दिव्य संदेश देते हैं।

अनेक लोगों के मन में यह प्रश्न उठता है कि क्या मनुष्य अपने कर्मों के फल से मुक्त हो सकता है?

भगवान स्पष्ट रूप से कहते हैं कि हाँ, यह संभव है—यदि मनुष्य भगवान की दिव्य कृपा प्राप्त कर ले।

जब कोई व्यक्ति ईश्वर की कृपा का पात्र बन जाता है, तब कर्मों के फल उसे पहले की तरह बाँध नहीं पाते और न ही उसे उसी प्रकार कष्ट पहुँचा पाते हैं।

इसलिए मानव जीवन का सर्वोच्च लक्ष्य ईश्वर की दिव्य कृपा प्राप्त करना और उसे बनाए रखना होना चाहिए।

विद्वान कहते हैं कि कर्म के नियम से कोई बच नहीं सकता।

यह बात काफी हद तक सत्य है।

किन्तु भगवान एक उच्चतर आध्यात्मिक सत्य प्रकट करते हैं।

जब किसी साधक पर भगवान की कृपा बरसती है, तब यदि उसे कुछ कर्मफल भोगना भी पड़े, तो वह उनके दुःख, पीड़ा और बोझ को पहले की तरह अनुभव नहीं करता।

भगवान इसे एक सुंदर उदाहरण से समझाते हैं।

जिस प्रकार दवा की बोतल पर उसकी समाप्ति तिथि (Expiry Date) लिखी होती है।

उस तिथि के बाद दवा अपनी प्रभावशीलता खो देती है और पहले जैसा प्रभाव नहीं दिखा पाती।

उसी प्रकार भगवान की दिव्य कृपा कर्मफल की शक्ति को "समाप्त" कर देती है।

ईश्वर की अनंत करुणा और प्रेम कर्मों के बंधन को निष्प्रभावी कर देते हैं।

इस प्रकार कर्मों के बंधन से मुक्ति वास्तव में संभव है।

किन्तु दिव्य कृपा संयोग से प्राप्त नहीं होती।

यह सच्ची साधना, अटल श्रद्धा, पवित्र विचार, निःस्वार्थ कर्म, निरंतर नाम-स्मरण और भगवान की इच्छा के प्रति पूर्ण समर्पण से प्राप्त होती है।

प्रेम से की गई प्रत्येक प्रार्थना...

निःस्वार्थ सेवा का प्रत्येक कार्य...

भगवान के नाम का प्रत्येक जप...

सत्य और धर्म की दिशा में उठाया गया प्रत्येक कदम...

हमें ईश्वर की दिव्य कृपा के और अधिक निकट ले जाता है।

जब जीवन में भगवान की कृपा प्रवाहित होने लगती है, तब भय समाप्त होने लगता है, श्रद्धा दृढ़ होती है, हृदय शांति से भर जाता है और कर्मों की बेड़ियाँ धीरे-धीरे अपना प्रभाव खो देती हैं।

इसलिए हमें आंतरिक शक्ति, पवित्रता, अटल विश्वास और पूर्ण समर्पण का विकास करना चाहिए, ताकि हम भगवान की असीम कृपा के योग्य बन सकें।

Can one break free from the coils of Karma?

Bhagawan lovingly gives us a message of immense hope.

Many wonder whether it is possible to escape the consequences of past actions (karma).

Bhagawan assures us that yes, it is possible—for those who earn the Divine Grace of God.

When a person becomes the recipient of God's Grace, the effects of karma no longer have the power to bind or disturb them in the same way.

Therefore, the highest goal of human life should be to earn and preserve Divine Grace.

Scholars often say that no one can escape the law of karma.

This is true to a great extent.

However, Bhagawan reveals a higher spiritual truth.

When Divine Grace descends upon a devotee, even if some karmic consequences still have to be experienced, the suffering, pain, and burden they would normally bring are greatly reduced or even nullified by God's compassion.

Bhagawan explains this with a beautiful example.

A bottle of medicine carries an expiry date.

After that date, the medicine gradually loses its potency and no longer produces its earlier effect.

In the same way, Divine Grace causes the effects of karma to "expire."

Its binding power is neutralized by the infinite love and compassion of God.

Therefore, freedom from the bo***ge of karma is indeed possible.

But Divine Grace is not obtained by chance.

It is earned through sincere spiritual effort, unwavering faith, pure thoughts, selfless actions, constant remembrance of God, and complete surrender to His Divine Will.

Every prayer offered with love...

Every act of kindness...

Every moment of selfless service...

Every repetition of God's Name...

And every step taken toward truth and righteousness...

Brings us closer to Divine Grace.

When Divine Grace fills our life, fear fades, faith grows, the heart becomes peaceful, and the chains of karma gradually lose their hold.

By cultivating inner strength, purity, steadfast faith, and surrender to God, we become worthy of His boundless Grace.

Then, by the power of Divine Grace, we are liberated from the shackles of karma and move steadily toward lasting peace, freedom, and union with the Divine.

ईश्वर के प्रति हमारी तड़प कैसी होनी चाहिए?

भगवान प्रेमपूर्वक हमें पुकारते हैं—

"मेरे पास आओ—सीखने की उत्कट इच्छा लेकर, आध्यात्मिक उन्नति की आकांक्षा लेकर, और अपने वास्तविक स्वरूप को मुझमें देखने की लालसा लेकर।"

जब हम ऐसी निष्कपट भावना से ईश्वर की ओर बढ़ते हैं, तब वे हमारा प्रेमपूर्वक स्वागत करते हैं, सही मार्ग दिखाते हैं और अपने दिव्य अनुग्रह से हमें धन्य कर देते हैं।

समस्त शास्त्र, विशेषकर भगवद्गीता, जो समस्त उपनिषदों का सार है, हमें ईश्वर की प्राप्ति की तीव्र प्यास जगाने के लिए हैं।

यह प्यास साधारण नहीं होनी चाहिए। यह हमारे जीवन की सबसे गहरी और सबसे पवित्र आकांक्षा बन जानी चाहिए।

हमारी तड़प वैसी हो—

जैसे एक लता वृक्ष के तने का सहारा चाहती है।

जैसे चुंबक लोहे को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करता है।

जैसे भौंरा पुष्प के मधु के लिए व्याकुल रहता है।

जैसे जल प्रपात की ओर प्रवाहित होता है।

जैसे नदी अपने अंतिम मिलन के लिए समुद्र की ओर निरंतर बहती रहती है।

उसी प्रकार हमारा प्रत्येक विचार, प्रत्येक भावना और प्रत्येक श्वास ईश्वर से मिलन की उत्कट लालसा से परिपूर्ण होना चाहिए।

ईश्वर से वियोग की पीड़ा हमारे हृदय को इस प्रकार व्याकुल करे कि हमारा संपूर्ण अस्तित्व केवल परमात्मा से एकाकार होने की कामना करे।

एक बार जब आपने ईश्वर का मार्ग चुन लिया, तब उस पर दृढ़ बने रहें।

बार-बार नाम, रूप या साधना बदलते रहने से समय, ऊर्जा और आध्यात्मिक शक्ति व्यर्थ हो जाती है।

इसके स्थान पर, प्रेमपूर्वक और निरंतर भगवान का चिंतन करते रहें।

भगवान का अखंड स्मरण हमारे जीवन को दिव्य अमृत से भर देता है और हमें स्थायी शांति, आनंद तथा परमात्मा का सान्निध्य प्रदान करता है।

भगवान हमें स्मरण कराते हैं कि यदि हमें उनके निकट आने का दुर्लभ अवसर मिला है, तो हमें उसे व्यर्थ नहीं जाने देना चाहिए।

कभी-कभी भगवान के साकार रूप को देखकर मन में संदेह उत्पन्न हो सकते हैं, जबकि केवल नाम के आधार पर मन अपनी कल्पनाएँ बना लेता है।

ऐसे संदेहों में कभी मत पड़ो।

जब स्वयं भगवान तुम्हारे सामने आएँ, तब उस दिव्य अवसर का पूरा लाभ उठाओ।

हर क्षण को पवित्र बनाओ।

हर दिन को ईश्वर की ओर एक नया कदम बनाओ।

अपने इस दुर्लभ मानव जीवन को प्रेम, श्रद्धा, निरंतर नाम-स्मरण और ईश्वर से एकत्व की साधना द्वारा सफल एवं सार्थक बनाओ।

How should our yearning for God be?

Bhagawan lovingly calls each one of us:

"Come to Me with a sincere eagerness to learn, to grow spiritually, and to discover your true Self in Me."

When we approach God with such purity and longing, He joyfully welcomes us, guides us on the right path, and blesses us with His Divine Grace.

All the scriptures, including the Bhagavad Gita—the very essence of the Upanishads—have one central purpose: to awaken an intense thirst for God.

This longing should not be ordinary. It should become the deepest yearning of our heart.

It should be like a creeper clinging to the tree for support.

Like a magnet naturally drawing iron towards itself.

Like a bee eagerly seeking the nectar of a flower.

Like flowing waters rushing towards a waterfall.

Like a river joyfully merging into the vast ocean.

In the same way, every thought, every feeling, and every breath should long for union with the Divine.

The feeling of separation from God should awaken an intense yearning within the heart until our entire being seeks nothing but oneness with Him.

Once you choose the Divine path, remain steady.

Do not keep changing from one name, one form, or one practice to another.

Such restlessness only scatters your time, your energy, and your spiritual progress.

Instead, remain constant in your love and ceaselessly contemplate the Lord.

Continuous remembrance of God fills life with the unceasing nectar of Divine Bliss (Amruta).

Bhagawan reminds us that those who have received the opportunity to come near Him should value this precious blessing and make full use of it through sincere spiritual practice.

Sometimes the physical form of the Lord may give rise to doubts, while the Divine Name allows the mind to imagine according to its own ideas.

Do not allow such doubts to weaken your faith.

When God has come before you, recognize the sacredness of that opportunity.

Use every moment wisely.

Transform every day into a step towards God.

Make this precious human birth truly meaningful.

Make this lifetime worthy by living in constant love, remembrance, and union with the Divine.
