Surabhi Lions Blind Girls School Since 1991, Surabhi Lions Blind Girls School has empowered 650+ visually impaired girls with free education, life skills, and care.

In its 35th year, it remains a symbol of empathy, equity, and empowerment for visually impaired girls across Gujarat. Since past 31 our trust has been dedicated towards providing education and rehabilitation to young blind girls. We provide lodging, boarding, education, vocational training and leisure activities to the girls at no cost out of their pockets. Our trust and school is blessed with great patrons and hence we manage to run the school and hostel in a smooth fashion

🇮🇳✨ Divyang Mahotsav – A Day of Talent & Inclusion

On 17 September 2026, our girls from Surabhi Lions Blind Girls’ School took part in Divyang Mahotsav at Swaminarayan Mandir, Vadodara, organised by Raypura Vidhan Sabha Parivar and House of Humanity Charitable Trust.

The event brought together children with disabilities and organisations working to create more opportunities for them. Our girls proudly showcased their talent, confidence, and abilities on this special platform. 💙🌟

The programme was graced by Smt. Dr. Manishaben Vakil, Hon’ble Minister for Women & Child Development, as Chief Guest, along with other distinguished guests and representatives.

A meaningful day of participation, inclusion, and celebrating abilities. 🌸

The Surabhi Lions Blind Girls’ School family came together to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi with joy, devotion, and lots of smiles. 🙏✨

Our girls, teaching staff, and administrative team joined the celebrations with great enthusiasm. We were also happy to have our respected trustees - Smt. Shamal Grewal, Smt. Mona Amin, Shri Piyush Thakkar, and Shri Rasesh Desai - grace the occasion with their presence. 🌸

This Ganpati Sthapana, our talented girls at Surabhi Lions Blind Girls’ School came together with Pidi Light, with the support of Komalben Shah, to create a beautiful artwork and vibrant backdrop for the Ganesh Mandap. 🎨🌺

More than just a decoration, it was a reflection of their creativity, hard work, and confidence. 💙
