The Vadodara Chapter of Time Bank of India hosted a vibrant meeting with founder Mr.P.C. Jain on November 15, 2025. The event featured a warm welcome by host Mr. Vijay Pachisia, a welcome address by Mrs. Urmila Pachisia, and member introductions by Mrs. Smita Taparia. A chalkboard showcased the chapter’s activities, followed by an engaging "Name Game" ice-breaker led by Mr.P.C.Jain. Gujarat State Coordinator Mr. R.S. Koolwal and Ahmedabad City Admin Ms. Hima Shah graced the event. Mr.Jain addressed member queries, deepening their understanding of the Time Bank concept.

Time Bank of India Celebrates Pre-Diwali Milan

The Time Bank of India celebrated its Pre-Diwali Milan Samaroh on October 11, 2025. The program was enlivened by performances from Time Bank members who expressed their skills through dance, songs, a play, and poems. The program was filled with the affection of all, the blessings of elders, and the love of kids. Everyone excitedly participated, and many new members were mesmerized by the entire program, the performances, and the coordination.

The increased strength of the participants, influenced by earlier successful programs, is evidence that Time Bank is growing and its family is increasing day by day. This is a success of the organization and a testament to the trust of members in its concept: to create an ecosystem in society where every senior citizen has an extended family and would never feel alone.

It not only works to facilitate senior citizens but also helps children who miss their parents because they are living far away. They can avail the time in the Time Bank and connect with the extended family and senior citizens who have a wealth of experience, which gives them love, affection, experience, and guidance. This is a lot more than what we can talk about in this post.

Time Bank of India had a Joyful Celebration of International Day of Older Persons at Swarg Community Care

On October 1st, Time Bank of India Vadodara hosted a vibrant celebration for *International Day of Older Persons* at Swarg Community Care, Gotri-Sevasi Road, Vadodara. The event was a heartfelt tribute to the wisdom, resilience, and invaluable contributions of our cherished older persons.

The morning was filled with warmth, laughter, and connection. Our seniors enjoyed a delightful mix of activities, including soulful singing, engaging engaging Q&A sessions, and fun games like *Pass the Ball* and *Garbha*, easy yoga steps. The energy and enthusiasm of the residents lit up the event, creating memories that will be cherished by all.

Proud Recognition of Time Bank of India in AIRRF's 60th AGM Special Issue!

We're thrilled to share this inspiring feature from page 39 of the All India Retired Railwaymen's Federation (AIRRF)'s 60th Annual General Meeting (AGM) Special Issue. It highlights the valuable voluntary services provided by AIRRF representatives in our Time Bank of India initiative—a registered NGO that revolutionizes elder care by letting members "deposit" time instead of money. This unique social community enables self-care and support for fellow members within limited postal PIN code areas, all for free with no charges, no office, and no employees. Everything is managed online via our website (www.timebankofindia.com) and dedicated WhatsApp groups, powered entirely by volunteers. With over 9,000 members and more than 11,000 hours of service exchanged across major Indian cities, Time Bank is making a real difference in supporting lonely seniors!
