Navnirmaan 4-Nuturing Inclusive Anganwadis!
The fourth round of anganwadi facilitators capacity building program had taken place in Nandesari with the support of ICDS. The training focused on behavioral modification strategies for children using techniques such as social stories and token economy. The session had brain storming activities and discussions that ensured context based problem solving for the participants.

Nurturing inclusive anganwadis!
The third round of Navnirmaan training delve on inclusion, diversity and equitable education in the light of NEP 2020. The purpose was to enable anganwadi facilitators to understand NEP 2020, to understand how to identify children at risk, and to understand the importance of referral and early intervention.

Navnirmaan is a capacity building training series conducted by the CIE for early childhood educators of Nandesari, Vadodara. The trainings are facilitated by Paras Mahendru, who is an expert in identification and accommodation of special needs.

Nurturing inclusive anganwadies!
With rich activity based pedagogy, the second round of Navnirmaan training was conducted on 25 July 2023. Navnirmaan is a teacher training serves of CIE that aims to empower the early childhood educators in Nandesari, Vadodara.
The training focuses on different areas of child development with an emphasis on special needs cases. The training further discusses accommodations and modifications required for an inclusive and child friendly anganwadi.
The teacher training was facilitated by Paras Mahendru of PreschoolGuru Education Consultancy
