It was formed under the aegis of Anjuman-e-Tanzeem-e-Millat-e-Taiyebiyah some years back to promote work for the women in the form of small scale home industry. It is headed by Bu Sahebah Husbanabu. Trust are exlusively Women of Alavi Bohra Community but the services of the Star Charitable Trust encompasses all COMMUNITIES and all CASTES - without discrimination of sect, caste and creed. Main focus of this organization is to provide the means of employment to the underprivileged women by establishing small scale home industries.
