It all started originating in the mind of 21years old young professional while joining his first job after his graduation decided to donate some amount of his earning to needy people and thereby earning something in his heart also by providing a satisfaction to the intellect. The day decided to do that something different was 31st December 2012. The reason behind was his observing it to be the day
when the maximum amount of money is wasted by youngsters across the city in parties and celebrations. The thought of bringing the change originated and as it is said, it is always you, who will have to,
"Be The Change, Which You Want To See In The World." Moving ahead with this, he gave up the idea of celebrating 31st December in parties and decided to do something different. He along with his two friends decided to contribute equally and roam around the city in the evening and provide food to needy people throughout the night till the day ends and then only take their dinner. All three together went ahead and provided the food, drinks & snacks to almost 10-15 people of different areas of Vadodara covering Railway Station, Bus Stand, Fatehgunj, Alkapuri, Karelibaug etc. The day ended with the big amount of satisfaction and number of blessings from the hearts of people and that’s how the initiative started with the active participation & contribution of all three. Then onwards, it became their regular habit to save some amount of their earning every month and celebrate the different day in a different way. Next year, the number touched 25-30 people who were served the food of their choice on 31st December 2013 with the help of
his other two friends and this is how the fire got ignited. This year, the group strength has increased to 7, listed on the active partners tab of the website. They have now come up with a huge target by hoping a support from their all friend circles, relatives and other human beings on the Earth. The targets listed on the 31st initiative tab are the ones which they now, as a Helping Hand Group are aiming to achieve. And they believe that they will definitely achieve it if people like you can also be a part of it. "Let’s Provide A Hand And Become A Helping Hand"
