જાસ્મિન ચેરિટેબલ ટ્રસ્ટનો હેતુ માનવજાતના સર્વાગી વિકાસ,કલ્યાણ તથા કોઈપણ નાત-જાત, ધર્મના ભેદભાવ, ઊચ-નીચના ભહભાવ વગર સામાન્ય રીતે સમાજને ઉપયોગી થવા માટે પ્રયત્નશીલ થઈ કાર્ય કરે છે.

RTE એજ્યુકેશન જગૃતિ

👉🏻 *ફોર્મ ભરવાનો કોઈપણ ચાર્જ લેવામાં આવશે નહીં*
*આ ફક્ત ખિદમત માટે કરવામાં આવે છે.*

➡️ RTE ના ફોર્મ ભરી આપવામાં આવશે જે 04 એપ્રિલ થી 17 એપ્રિલ 2026 સુધી ઇન્શા અલ્લાહ શરૂ થઈ જશે. માટે અગાઉ થી જરૂરી પુરાવા તૈયાર કરી લેવા જેથી વહેલી તકે ફોર્મ ભરી શકાય.

જેમાં ખાનગી શાળા માં ધોરણ 1 થી 8 સુધી મફત (ફ્રી) શિક્ષણ નો લાભ મળી શકે છે.

📄 જરૂરી પુરાવા:

ઓળખ ના પુરાવા:

✅ બાળક ના જન્મનો દાખલો (01/06/2019 થી 31/05/2020 ની વચ્ચે હોવું જોઈએ)
✅ આધાર કાર્ડ બાળકનું
✅ માતા - પિતા નું આધાર કાર્ડ
✅ બાળક નો પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝ ફોટો

▶️ *રેહઠાણ ના પુરાવા:*

✅ આધાર કાર્ડ / ઈલેકશન કાર્ડ / રેશન કાર્ડ / વીજળી બિલ / બેંક પાસબુક (વાલી અથવા બાળક ની)
✅ આવક નો દાખલો (01/04/2023 પછી નો તથા 6,00,000/- વાર્ષિક મર્યાદા માં હોવું જરૂરી છે.)

વધારા ના પુરાવા:

✅ બી.પી.એલ કાર્ડ જાતિ નો દાખલો (સરકાર માન્ય)
✅અંગણવાડી નો પ્રમાણપત્ર
✅ સિંગલ ગર્લ ચાઇલ્ડ નો દાખલો (માત્ર એક સંતાન છોકરી હોય તેના માટે)
