When women become aware of their health, families and communities become stronger. ❤️

With this belief, VNM Foundation’s “Tum Akeli Nahi Ho!” Season 4 is once again working to create awareness among women about their health and well-being.

With the support of Süd-Chemie India Pvt. Ltd. and in association with Menopause Society Vadodara, 31 health awareness sessions are being conducted across selected Anganwadi centres in Jetalpur, Chhani, Makarpura, Gotri, Atladara, Kalali and Gorwa.

👩‍⚕️ Expert gynecologists are guiding women on:
• Pregnancy & Postnatal Care
• Physical changes during Menopause
• Postpartum Depression (PPD) & Mental Health

The sessions provide a safe space for women to ask questions openly and seek reliable guidance. Where required, VNM Foundation also provides referral support for further treatment.

“Tum Akeli Nahi Ho! – Healthy Woman, Healthy Family.” 🌸

Because every woman deserves care, awareness and support.
Let’s share the right health information and help more women take charge of their well-being. 💜

Real change starts with raising awareness—even when health isn't on their list of priorities. 💗

As part of “Tum Akeli Nahi Ho!” – Season 4, we organized a women’s health awareness session at Atladra 7, 8 & 9, Shri Lalaji Maharaj Primary School Campus, Kalali, Vadodara, led by Dr. Mona Bhatt. 🌸

The session was designed to cover pregnancy, postnatal care, menopause, nutrition, and contraception, with a focus on clearing common doubts and fears. Dr. Mona Bhatt explained these vital topics through simple examples and relatable conversations, helping women understand concepts like the Copper-T and clearing misconceptions around proper nutrition.

However, despite the critical topic, many women seemed preoccupied with their daily routines, household chores, and religious commitments like Dasha Maa Vrat. Several attendees left early. Yet, the true highlight of the day was Mona Madam's unwavering dedication and energy—she continued the session with the exact same passion, ensuring that those who stayed left feeling informed, supported, and confident.

🙏 Thank you, Dr. Mona Bhatt, for your tireless commitment to making health conversations simple, supportive, and accessible—no matter the obstacles.

Tum Akeli Nahi Ho! — Your questions matter. Your health matters. You matter. 💗
