VIDEO ABOUT 🏓 IRADA Pickleball Tournament – Men’s Doubles | Season 1🏓 Fundraiser

Our first-ever Fundraiser Pickleball Tournament was a wonderful success, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to every participant, donor, volunteer, and supporter who made it possible. This fundraiser, organised by the Irada Foundation, aims to support skill development for underprivileged Alavi youth through scholarships in courses such as Tally, AutoCAD, Graphics designing, CNC programming, tailoring mobile hardware/software, and other vocational programs and other skills development programs.

The entire event was proudly funded by Irada members, and 100% of the participation fees were contributed directly to the cause. Each team was issued a contribution voucher to ensure complete transparency. With your support and the overwhelming participation of the community, we have already raised over ₹1 lakh, and contributions are still ongoing.

A heartfelt thank you to all IRADA members who worked tirelessly on event planning, fundraising, and preparations for the upcoming scholarship initiatives. The energy, turnout, and encouragement from the audience made the event truly memorable.

A separate detailed update will be shared soon regarding the IRADA Foundation Skill Development Workshop and the scholarship process. We will also publish a brief, transparent breakdown of the funds collected and how they will be utilised, in a public forum.

🌟 IRADA Skill Development Scholarship for Alavi Youth 🌟

Empowering Our Alavi Youth Towards Better Livelihoods

Many of our Alavi youth complete Higher Secondary, 10th (Pass/Dropout), 12th (Pass/Dropout), or Graduation, yet struggle to secure stable or well-paying jobs due to lack of practical, employable skills.
To support such motivated youth, IRADA Foundation is launching the Skill Development Scholarship Program to help them learn skills that lead to real income and career growth.

✅ IRADA will support minimum 50% of the course fees
✅ Remaining contribution by the student to ensure responsibility and commitment
(Support is limited and will be based on priority. InshaAllah, it will expand as we receive more contributions.)

🎯 Course Options

We are tying up with recognized training institutes in Vadodara.
You may also suggest your own course if:

• It is job-oriented
• It supports employment or earning
• The institute is reputable and fees are reasonable

Examples: Computer Skills, Tally, AutoCAD, Digital Design, Tailoring, Driving, Electrician, CNC, Welder, Technician Training, Hardware & Networking, etc.

👤 Who Can Apply

• Youth after Higher Secondary, 10th (Pass/Dropout), 12th (Pass/Dropout), or Graduation aiming for skill-based career development
• Those who wish to learn but cannot afford full fees
• Individuals who show discipline, sincerity, and commitment

🔍 Selection Criteria

• Need for Support: Family unable to bear full training fees
• Motivation: Willingness to seriously complete the course
• Relevance: Course must directly support livelihood or job opportunity

🏛️ About IRADA Foundation

IRADA Foundation is a community-led initiative focused on education, skill development, and livelihood support.
Our core members are professionals from medicine, engineering, management, commerce, law, and social service, who voluntarily contribute their time and resources to uplift our community youth.

Previously, our initiatives such as Mental Wellness Sessions, Joy of Giving Campaign, Parenting & Youth Workshops were funded internally.

અમારા ઘણા અલવી યુવાનો Higher Secondary, 10th (Pass/Dropout), 12th (Pass/Dropout) અથવા Graduation પૂર્ણ કરે છે, છતાં પ્રેક્ટિકલ, રોજગારમુખી કૌશલ્યની અછત ને કારણે, તેમને સારી કમાણીવાળી અથવા સ્થિર નોકરી મેળવવામાં મુશ્કેલી પડે છે.
આવા પ્રતિબદ્ધ અને પ્રગતિશીલ યુવાનોને સહાય કરવા માટે IRADA Foundation શરૂ કરી રહ્યું છે:

✅ IRADA ઓછામાં ઓછું 50% કોર્સ ફી સપોર્ટ કરશે
