East West Cultural Association, Baroda Welcome to East West Cultural Association. The first activity carried out by EWCA was Durga Puja which was held in a modest way that year.

A handful of residents from west of Baroda felt that need of a cultural linkage between Eastern India and Gujarat and initiated the foundation of East West Cultural Association in Vadodara in Gujarat. That w

as the beginning which is continuing till date. From beginning, EWCA got support of local residents, besides establishments and enjoyed the patronage of people from all regions of India residing in western part of Baroda. Since then, EWCA has grown from strength to strength and added various other activities in its fold. Today, EWCA is one of the largest Bengali Association in and around Baroda and the functions including Durga Puja are star attractions of the city. Apart from this, EWCA also celebrates Kali Puja, Laxmi Puja, Saraswati Puja and Holi. Sit and Draw completion for children and cultural evenings are held regularly. EWCA comes forward to social calls and contributes to the cause whenever needed. We have very distinguished 200+ members, actively associated to various activities. We welcome all and the new comers to Baroda with open arms to join us and add to the strength even more.
