At times, it can feel like different sides of us are
speaking at once, one side pushing us forward, another feeling fearful or overwhelmed, and another wanting to shut things out completely.

IFS therapy helps you understand these inner experiences with curiosity instead of criticism. Rather than seeing these reactions as “bad” or something to get rid of, the focus is on understanding what each part may be trying to protect you from.
