Rotary Club of Ulhasnagar Sapna Garden came together for a vibrant and joyful picnic on 31st October 2025, celebrating the spirit of Diwali Dhamaka and Halloween Day Fun in one unforgettable gathering.
The day was filled with laughter, music, exciting games, and lively events that brought out the festive energy in every member. Families bonded over shared joy, creating lasting memories and strengthening the spirit of unity that defines our club.
It was a celebration of togetherness, tradition, and fun — a perfect blend of cultural delight and community warmth

📢 **Rotary Club of Ulhasnagar Sapna Garden Meeting Update** 📢

On **May 23, 2025**, the **First BOD and Assembly Meeting** of TITEN year was successfully hosted by **Rtn. Gordhan Golani**, President-elect, at **Hotel Polysky, Ulhasnagar**.

During the meeting, **nine Board of Directors** were elected for the year **2025-26**, ensuring strong leadership for the club’s future initiatives.

Gordhan Golani, President-elect, also unveiled plans for the year 2025-26, outlining the club’s vision and key objectives.** The **budget for the year and fee structure** were presented, and valuable suggestions were taken from members for modifications, ensuring a collective approach to decision-making.

Guests and new members were warmly welcomed and honored with **club mementoes**, celebrating their association with our Rotary family.

“Change of Guard Ceremony 2024”
RC of Ulhasnagar Sapna Garden

In ceremony on July 27th, 2024 at Hotel Praveen International, touched by Rotary friendship and brotherhood, our 16th President Rtn. Haresh Dawani, handed over the charge of the Club to his successor the 17th President Rtn. Jeetu Chainani, who will be responsible for leading the “Sapna Gardeners” for 2024-25. Founded in year 2008, this club has a glorious past and a promising future.

Amazing work done by IPP Haresh & his BOD was applauded & highly appreciated. Now, Rtn. Jeetu takes over the responsibility of this illustrious club, which has proved itself as one of the finest clubs in Rotary District 3142. On this occasion 4 new members were also inducted with the gracious hands of Chief Guest DGE Harsh Makol.

During the ceremony the outstanding performers were recognized for their dedication to Rotary activities, like our own club members for exemplary work, service partners – Rotractors & Sr. Citizen club members. The event was attended by Ex MLA Shri Pappu Kalani and many district rotary authorities like AG, AT, AS & other designated officials. Many neighbouring clubs’ representatives mark their presence to show their support & co-ordination in future joint projects. A glittering gala night with happy families & beautiful Ann’s ended with lot of sweet memories to cherish for a long time. we all “Sapna Gardeners” assure you to Feel-Act & Believe Rotary & make your year a “AWESOME"
