D AERO We take part in contests involving design and flight of RC airplanes. The team believes in working passionately to achieve goals and set the bar high.

D-Aero is a multi-disciplinary, determined team formed by the students of Manipal Institute of Technology which takes part in multiple competitions in both national and international levels.

The “first-of-its-kind” A350 XWB scale model – which performed its maiden flight from Hamburg-Finkenwerder Airport on 1 June 2015 – incorporates a 3.2-metre wingspan, jet engines and retractable landing gear.
