Dhakshra Educational and Charitable Trust Fosters Academic Excellence in Udayarpalayam:

As part of our annual tradition to commemorate the 13th year remembrance of our beloved father, the Dhakshra Educational and Charitable Trust proudly organized a heartfelt event to recognize and reward academic excellence among government school students in our hometown of Udayarpalayam.

This year, we continued our commitment to nurturing young minds by presenting:

🏆 Shields, medals, and cash prizes to the top three students of 10th and 12th grades at Udayarpalayam Government Boys Higher Secondary School

🏅 Similar honors to the top three students of 10th, 11th, and 12th grades at the Government Girls Higher Secondary School

These awards are a small but meaningful gesture to motivate students from government schools to strive for excellence and believe in their potential.

The event was graced by the presence of:

Mrs. Chandra Dhakshinamoorthy, our beloved mother (Trustee)
Mr. Sivakumar Dhakshinamoorthy, Chairperson of the Trust
Mr. Prabhakar Dhakshinamoorthy, Trustee
Mr. Kolanchinathan Dhakshinamoorthy (could not attend this event) , Trustee
Mr. Velmurugan Dhakshinamoorthy, Trustee and Dhakshra's grand children's.

Our Chairperson, Mr. Sivakumar Dhakshinamoorthy, delivered an inspiring motivational speech, encouraging students to pursue their dreams with dedication and resilience with an attitude of “I CAN DO”. His address was followed by heartfelt messages from Mr. Prabhakar Dhakshinamoorthy and Mr. Velmurugan Dhakshinamoorthy, who emphasized the importance of education as a transformative force. The event also featured Dhakshra’s grandchildren, who shared their personal experiences with education and highlighted the value of extracurricular activities in shaping a well-rounded life

This annual initiative is more than just a ceremony—it is a continuation of our father’s enduring vision:

“To uplift and empower the underprivileged, especially through the gift of education.”

We are humbled to carry forward this legacy alongside our mother, and we remain committed to supporting the aspirations of young students in our community—year after year.
