Today we had the Book Release Ceremony of Sri Jagadish Naik, AGM of Vegola India, on the occasion of the completion of his 50th year.

The program was graced by the presence of our beloved Secretary, Fr. Jinesh K. Varkey. The event was also attended by the renowned Kannada actor Sri Sharath Lohitashwa, a versatile artist who has acted in seven languages and is known for his kind-hearted personality.

Other distinguished guests included Sri Mithra, Sri Manjanna, and Smt. Geetha Raghavendra, who are well-known actors. The program was also attended by professors, police officers, poets, poetesses, writers, and many other dignitaries from different fields.

The entire program was coordinated by Sri Malur Viji, an artist, film director, and Director of Ranga Vijaya Theatre.

The event was a memorable and enriching occasion celebrating literature, art, and culture.

On Thursday, 12th March 2026, our Dayasparsha team conducted a blood checkup camp and health awareness programme at the Senior Citizen Day Care Center, located behind Women's Police Station, Barline Road, Tumkur.

On 07 February 2026, the Dayasparsha team conducted a Blood Check-up Camp at Batawadi, Manjunathnagar, B.H. Road, Tumkur.
A total of 57 beneficiaries were registered during the camp. The following tests and sample collections were carried out:
Blood samples collected: 57
Sputum samples collected: 30
RBS (Random Blood Sugar) tests conducted: 57

Today, Sri Nishchal, Joint Director of the Department of Women and Child Welfare, visited Dayabhavan Special Children’s Home, Dayakirana Adoption Centre, and the Aftercare Home, along with officials from his department including Dr. Siddaramanna, Deputy Director Sri Dinesh, Women Development Officer Sri Pavithra, Child Protection Officers, the Bengaluru City Deputy Directors, and all CDPOs.

During the visit, they expressed great happiness and appreciation for the programmes being implemented by the institution and the care and concern shown in the field of child protection. They also encouraged us to continue this work in the same spirit in the future.
