❤️ One Month of Support. A Lifetime of Hope.

An elderly couple is facing a difficult journey with limited income and ongoing medical expenses. The husband needs regular medication after a serious head injury, while his wife continues working in the flower fields despite difficulties with her eyesight.

Shanthimalai Trust visited their home and provided one month of essential grocery support to help ease their immediate burden. 🙏

But their needs continue beyond one month.

Today, Shanthimalai Trust successfully conducted the 5th Free Blood Test Camp at Periya Kolpadi as part of our ongoing Diabetes Prevention Initiative. With this camp, we have now reached a total of 300 people across multiple villages, including participants from our previous camps.

These free screenings help identify diabetes at an early stage and provide essential health awareness to rural communities who often have limited access to regular medical care. The positive response from villagers highlights the importance of preventive healthcare in building healthier communities.

This initiative was conducted by Shanthimalai Trust in collaboration with SRM Multicare Hospital, aiming to raise awareness and provide accessible preventive healthcare services to rural communities.
