🌳 Planting trees is only the beginning. protecting them is what makes the difference.

everyone needs trees. everyone needs clean air. everyone needs clean water. 🌍

we all learn about the environment, and many of us feel inspired to plant trees. but how do we turn that inspiration into real action?

in this video, we share four important things trees need to grow and survive:

🛡️ protection
💧 water
🌱 good quality manure
🌳 well-grown saplings, especially native species

a tree needs more than planting. it needs care, protection and regular nurturing.

if you truly want to plant trees and learn how to do it properly, come and visit **shanthimalai trust**.

🌿 visit our environmental center and eco-training center.
🌱 learn practical tree plantation methods.
🤝 replicate the model and plant trees in your own community.

💧 save water. plant trees. protect nature.🌱

A family of four needs only around 7,500 litres of water per year for drinking and cooking. With proper rainwater harvesting, even a home rooftop can help collect and conserve a significant amount of rainwater.

But planting trees is not enough.

Protection comes first. Water comes next.

Without proper protection, stray cattle and other challenges can destroy young saplings. With the right care, the trees we plant can survive and grow.

Inspired by the wisdom of thiruvalluvar, shanthimalai trust has planted more than 1,00,000 trees and achieved an approximately 95% survival rate, as shared in this video.

🌿 every drop matters.
🌱 every tree matters.
🤝 every action matters.

let us act together. let us protect nature.

💧 is thiruvannamalai heading towards a water crisis?

the crowd is increasing… but the water is decreasing.

thiruvannamalai is growing rapidly. thousands of devotees and visitors come to arunachala every day. but beneath the ground, our water levels are slowly disappearing.

do you remember cape town's "day zero"?

a severe water crisis once brought an entire city close to running out of water.

we must ask ourselves:

could something like this happen to thiruvannamalai if we don't act now?

today, borewells are being drilled deeper and deeper.

groundwater levels are falling.

the solution is not impossible.

🌳 plant trees.
💧 harvest rainwater.
🏞️ protect ponds and water bodies.
🌱 protect the environment.
🤝 act together.

the future of our water depends on what we do today.

**you are part of the solution.**

let's make sure that day zero never comes to india, tamil nadu or thiruvannamalai.

💧 save water.
🌳 plant trees.
🌍 protect nature.

share this reel to create awareness. together, we can protect our future. 🙏

Clean air, safe water, and healthy food are essential for every living being. But pollution is becoming a growing challenge for our environment and our communities.

In this video, we look at the impact of polluted water, air pollution, and food contamination — and why protecting our environment is everyone's responsibility. 🌍

Through our Environment Care initiatives, we aim to create awareness about pollution, responsible waste management, protecting natural resources, and building a cleaner and healthier environment for future generations.

This is not just about protecting nature. It is about protecting our health, our communities, and the future we leave behind. ❤️🌱
