The Department of Mechanical Engineering organized a one-day industrial visit to Rayalaseema Thermal Power Plant (RTPP), Muddanur, Kadapa, on 8-8-2026. The visit provided students with valuable practical exposure to thermal power generation, plant operations, machinery, and safety practices. Students observed various components and processes involved in electricity generation and gained a better understanding of the practical applications of mechanical engineering concepts.
