Life Care Foundation (LCF) is a registered non-profit organization based in Thoubal District, Manipur, working for sustainable development and community empowerment. It focuses on improving livelihoods, education, health, sanitation, and environmental sustainability, especially for marginalized groups.

LCF was officially registered on 18 April 1998. Its office was relocated to Thoubal District in July 2025 for better operations.

Vision: An inclusive and self-reliant society.
Mission: Empower communities through livelihoods, education, health, and environmental initiatives.
