Hello everyone,

Full time director of our S**C (S**C) company Mr. E. With deep sorrow and irreparable personal loss I share with you the news of Balu's sudden and untimely death.

My friendship with Palu is more than three decades.

Starting as a young and dedicated officer, then S**C (S**C), Greenstar (Greenstar) and TF. I have witnessed him personally as a respected leader who has played a key role in the growth and development of our fertilizer industries as L (TFL).

His commitment, honesty and unshakable loyalty towards this organization are unmatched.

To me he is not just a colleague; I personally mentor, enlighten, and witnessed him grow into a strong pillar of this organization.

His contribution to the Fertilizer Group is immense, it will remain forever in the history of this organization. He emerged as a combination of rare qualities of technical knowledge, simplicity and deep loyalty. This has gotten great respect from everyone who knew him.

His passing will be deeply missed by the entire S***k family.

In this difficult moment, Mr. We stand with Balu by expressing our full support to his family as they perform their funeral.

Words cannot ease this grief, however we hope our collaboration and help will provide them a little comfort.

His demise is a personal loss I had. He left us way too soon.

The best tribute we pay to him is to continue his work with the same inspiration as he served. Let us all work together as a team to fulfill the plans and goals he passionately set for the next phase of development of our group.

May the soul rest in eternal peace.
