Heartfelt thanks 🙏 to Rotarians, Anns, Annets, Inner Wheel, and Satellite Club representatives for participating in our Independence Day Celebrations! 🎉

Around 40 participants joined us for a memorable event. Following the flag hoisting, esteemed members Rtn. KG Nair, Rtn. Shahabudeen, Rtn. Ramakrishnan, Rtn. Mohandas, and Rtn. NRUK Kartha shared inspiring Independence Day messages. 🙏

Rtn. Sarma highlighted International Youth Day, and our senior members awarded prizes to the winners of the Freedom Quiz. 🏆
We also inaugurated Bhoomika -Oppol District Project

Today, we successfully conducted the "Vayanakalari" programme as part of our initiative to encourage newspaper reading among school children. The event was held at Holy Angels Convent H.S.S., General Hospital Junction, with the support of Malayala Manorama.
Dr. Baiju Ramachandran, Past President of the Rotary Club of Trivandrum Suburban, addressed the students and spoke about the value and benefits of regular newspaper reading.

We observed International Youth day by conducting Freedom Quiz program for Rotaract Club. Total 5 Team members participated. Winners will be given prizes on 15 Aug during Independence Day celebrations. Thanks to Rtn Dhananjayan Sir for being Quiz Master. Thanks to Rtn. Baiju B, AG for your presence and Rtn Mohandas KP for addressing audience.
It was excellently organized by Rtn. Rajesh Paingavil and Rtn Arun S.

We organised another Oppol District Project.

Shreya- Our Club supported Cambio foundation by providing stitching machine and msterials.They made mattress and gave to Hope orphanage.

OPPOL- Vidya 03 Program @ RKD NSS School Sasthamangalam

The topic was How to become achievers. Principal smt. Ambili offered welcome. She organised the program very effectively. From Suburban Vice President Rtn PAG Monandas and PP U.J.Naik actively participated. present. District Chairman Oppol - Vidya Rtn PAG Dr. N.R.U.K .Kartha took the role of performing the function of the resource person.
30 students from marginalized families studying in XII standard took active role in the program. Their interactions were also excellent. Rtn. Mohandas elaborated to the students about the necessity of following Four Way test.
Thanks to the Vice President of NSS, Rtn. Sangeeth Kumar, who is a member of Suburban for having granted all facilities for organizing this program.
