Sambodh Foundation, Kerala, is a Charitable and spiritual organisation, that works for social, and spiritual upliftment, inspired by the vision and teachings of its preceptor, Sampoojya Sadguru Swami Bodhananda Saraswathi. Sampoojya Swami Adhyatmananda Saraswathi is the Mukhyacharya of Sambodh Foundation Kerala.
Sambodh Foundation is a forum for philanthropists and service-minded Sadhakas, to pool their resources, to set up appropriate institutions, with a dream for the spiritual revival of the humankind. Guided by Gurudev's sacred vision Sambodh practises the inculcation of values such as respect for all religions, respect for the individual and his/her fundamental rights, respect for nature and human's symbiotic relationship, all with a scientific temper.
Sambodh Kerala has centres in Kottayam, Kollam, Ambalappuzha, Erankulam, Palakkad, Perintalmanna, Thrissur, Calicut, Kadalundi, Wayanad and Kannur . The headquarters of Sambodh Kerala is in Trivandrum, at Bodhananda Kendram, Kalady.
1.Sambodhakam – A tri-monthly magazine issued by Sambodh Foundation Kerala to give expression to the artistic and literary talents of children, youngsters, and adults.
2.Rishi vision – These include the annual programs held in association with the visit of Sambodh Foundation Paramacharya Sadguru Swami Bodhanandaji Maharaj.
3. Prahladeeyam – A session blending modern and ancient traditions in medical science with human values for expecting mothers and would-be parents to ensure healthy posterity.
4.Premaadarashikshanam – A guideline to value-based, creative and effective parenting.
5.Mathrupooja – A special program offering oblations to and honouring Motherhood which in turn is a psychotherapeutic process for making relationships deep, venerable, and enriched.
6.Poonthenaruvi – A summer vacation celebration for children under 12.
7.Sourapattham – A seven-day residential program for youngsters to awaken their manifold stellar talents.
8.Sreyoveethi – A three-day residential program for youngsters to perform introspection in their path to sustainable well-being.
9.Streesakthi Chinthanam – A program to inspire women to realise and express their inherent strength and potential.
10.Sri Naaradam – A preparatory provision for everyone intending to enter the journey of holy matrimony.
11.Sasraddha-Sravanam – A dialogue bringing parents and children together for familial integrity and sustainable well-being.
12.Pilgrimages – Pilgrimages with emphasis on Satsangs (conducting tours to holy places and locations of historical importance)
13.Harithardra-Saanthwanam – This includes planting and sustaining of trees, promoting rainwater harvesting and other environment-care activities as an atonement for the harms caused by environmental degradation.
14.Sambodh Yoga – This includes various programs to ensure integrated personality and health through Yoga practices such as guidance on meditation and other Sadhanas.
15.Spiritual camps - Study of Upanisads (incl. Sankarabhashya), Darsanas, Bhagawatham and other scriptures.
16.Swaathma-Sanjeevanam – A program combining Indian psychotherapeutic methodologies and lessons from transactional analysis.
17.Samaadaranam – This includes programs designed to provide succor to senior citizens by honouring them and receiving their blessings.
18.Sambodh Sarga Sameeksha – a means to provide arenas to practice and showcase artistic, literary, musical, theatrical and terpsichorean talents.
19. Sanketika Sammarda Santvanam - Advancements in science and technology are for the comfort and contentment of mankind. But now the reverse is happening. Distress and suffocation are the results. Sankethika sangharsha Santwanam aims to alleviate stress through transparent discriminatory dialogue.
Sambodh Foundation Kerala also conducts Gita Gyana Yagnas, Bhagawatha Saptahas, Ramayana Aswaadanam, Management seminars and dedicated programs for guiding School & University students and professionals.
