Gender Justice in Action at Technopark | 26 February 2026 π
Women Inclusive in Technology(WIIT) hosted a full-day Gender Justice initiative at Technopark built around a simple but powerful question:
Gender in the Workplace β What Does It Have to Do with MEN?
The morning session at Kerala Startup Mission, Thejaswini Building, was led by Dr. Abhijit Das, Managing Trustee of Centre for Health and Social Justice, with Aditi Radhakrishnan (ICF-PCC | Leadership & HR Advisor) as Co-Facilitator of the workshop.
With over 25 participants, including strong participation from men, the workshop unfolded in a highly interactive format. The discussions focused on how gender norms shape expectations from both men and women, how society often places men within restrictive roles, and how these patterns influence workplace culture. Through reflective exercises and shared experiences, participants explored male privilege, unconscious bias, equality versus equity, and what inclusive leadership truly demands. The session was thoughtful, honest, and deeply engaging.
