We’re Hiring | Programme Associate
Are you someone who enjoys working with people, being on the ground, solving problems, and turning ideas into action?
We’re looking for a Programme Associate to join our team and contribute to our educational initiatives.
At Insight for Innovation, we work with District Administrations, government entities, corporates, colleges and schools to understand educational needs, develop relevant initiatives and support their implementation on the ground.
Our projects span six districts across Kerala and extend to Karnataka.
What does the role involve?
As a Programme Associate, you will be involved across different stages of our work — from understanding needs and assessing potential initiatives to programme implementation, field engagement, stakeholder coordination, documentation and reporting.
Programme Development & Implementation
Support CSR initiatives through feasibility analysis, implementation and reporting.
Assist in planning and coordinating educational programmes.
Help translate identified needs and ideas into practical programme activities.
Support programme ex*****on, coordination and logistics.
Government & Stakeholder Engagement- Engage with government departments and offices to understand educational needs and identify potential areas of intervention.
Support coordination with District Administrations and other government stakeholders.
Work with schools, colleges, volunteers, corporates and other partners involved in our initiatives.
Field Engagement
Travel to project locations across Kerala, including tribal areas, to support programme activities.
Visit schools and project locations to understand requirements at the ground level.
Interact with students, teachers, volunteers and other stakeholders.
Identify challenges during implementation and work towards practical solutions.
Documentation & Reporting
Support programme monitoring, documentation and reporting.
Collect and organise field-level information and programme updates.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other programme-related documents.
Track programme activities and follow up on action points.
Problem-Solving & Initiative
Think creatively and develop practical solutions to challenges in the field of education.
Take ownership of responsibilities and follow tasks through to completion.
Adapt to changing situations and programme requirements.
Contribute ideas to improve existing initiatives and develop new ones.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is proactive, responsible, adaptable and comfortable working with people and in the field.
Eligibility
B.Tech / MSW / M.Ed / LLM / MBA / Journalism or equivalent qualifications.
Experience in relevant fields is preferred.
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willingness to travel for programme activities across Kerala.
Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Good coordination and organisational skills.
A practical, solution-oriented approach to work.
Previous NSS volunteering experience will be an added advantage. NSS volunteers will be given preference.
